For me 1440p is the sweet spot! GPU pricing is out of control. The 5090 isn't for most people. I think the 5080 will be interesting and still over priced.

It can't be the most powerful with a 9800X3D as that's a mid-tier processor. The 9800X3D is a powerhouse, but it is still a Ryzen 7 which is a mid-tier CPU line.

You can run the GPU at 80% power and lose only about 5fps.

A PCIe5 GPU will have no trouble on a x16 PCIe4 socket.
Its not the fake frames. Its fake frames advertised as real frames for more money. And you can't get a discount on the old greatest junk because they stopped selling them so you have to buy the new greatest junk.

RTX 5090 is like a prototype GPU for the DLSS 4 hardware feature. Not worth it if there is not improve in FPS game play and only on Image FPS. I stick to my ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4090 OC Card till the 6000 series come out. If you have a RTX 4090 and with a great PC build and high end 4k monitor you don't have nothing to envy to the RTX 5090 graphics quality. What is the point rendering high graphics and high latency? SAVE your money
While some out here are criticising the 5090 and others trying to make this build. I'm just looking longingly at my mobile screen knowing i probably can't ever own a pc, let alone one with the 5090 😢

All the tech channels were all super excited about the 5090 and they are trying soooo hard to make it looked good. But fact is, 4090 ain't going anywhere haha

I cant get a 4090 at msrp now they cost more than a 5090 so its either a 5090 or a 5080

I think my new 5090 build which actually has very similar specs to this one (aside from the fact I’m using 64gigs DDR5 7200 and an X870E-E) is gonna be a no RGB because it kinda takes away from the gaming experience in 4k OLED
