Awesome Tips I Forced 3 iPhone users to Switch to Android – 30 Day Android Challenge Pt.1
Grab yourself a case or some overpriced stickers at
Linus has become so use to switching phones, that its time we brought in some fresh meat! We asked 3 iPhone users in our office to willingly switch to Android for 1 whole month. Will the more bothered by the switch, or if Android really that “terrible” of an operating system?

The air drop alternative for Android is called nearby share
I will not be buying any new products from apple whilst president Trump is threatening to invade the two NATO countries Canada and Denmark. Tim Cooke attended this tyrant's inauguration and so cannot claim that he does not back Trump's dreams of world conquest.
LTT, your minimum wage employee forgot to mention both OnePlus and Oppo are owned by the same lousy company. IMHO Oppo and OnePlus, as well as Vivo, Realme, and Iqoo, are technically model brands of BKK Electronics – the real BRAND. All those "brands" are the same and or similar lol
Wow Elijah did a great job as a minimum wage employee. He explained the specs and intended use for each phone while highlighting their differences in an in depth yet very understandable way.
Looking at all those android devices and going through hours of research just to figure out what is what is already a huge fail for android market) It's much easier to pick up the latest iPhone and carry on with your day.
i hope that if someone gets the flip, they also get goodlock (with multistar and navstar) takes the entire fold/flip experience to a whole new level
Their predictions at the end with 2/3 stating "I'm just too into my ecosystem I'll probably/might switch back" is 9/10 times the reason you hear for not switching.
Sometimes you just have to make the change, and realise how nice you could've been having it
Im surprised they didn't mention the screen quality/resolution etc, batgery size, And the perfomance… Especially the performance…
I owned an Iphone for years and never once used airdrop. Baffling people care enough about it to complain when so many cloud share services exist that are only 1 more click away
Lisa is lovely and gorgeous

It's a jump from cables, but the repair shop industry REALLY needs a good 20V PD capable power supply for EVERY laptop possible. One cable, all the power guaranteed. Negotiates in different languages, updates, blah
This is such bullshit lmao. Ecosystem only for the nothing phone? Every one of them have their own ecosystem.
They did no justice to android phones and features
This was fun. I went from a Fold back to an iPhone and absolutely hate it.
Im an iphone user and I swear I'd switch to an android phone it there would be one that works well with macbook, apple watch and airpods.
i switched from the 23 ultra to the flip 6 – initially mostly because of the size.. i know they dont really compare in specs, but the novelty of the flip and the formfactor is an absolute dream. Plus with some further apps you can fully customise the coverscreen to use for apps like yt, d+, news and even games, all of which i now utilise all the time when commuting.
Also performance wise, yes its and solid downgrade to the ultra, but honestly, even the most mild spec phone of the bigger brands is still going to be plenty powerful for 99% of usecases
I like that apple pro devices have Lidar and I can scan objects.
But I prefer android
I'm surprised how open these iPhone users are open to use the android phones. Most iPhone users I talk to are amendment to sticking with their iPhone.
Not giving them the choice to choose the vanilla Pixel 9 was criminal
I use both because my work phone is iPhone. Everything is worse on iOS outside interacting with other apple products. Its just bad and its all because of the GUI, limitations and stupid, malicious decisions from Apple like the darn lightning port (still on ip13, could upgrade to 15 but its the same so I cant be bothered).
I use my workphone for navigation and for recording raves. Iphones record great rave footage, good low light video and bass compensation.
Also airdrop is just bad, when we transfer photos with my gf it often errors out and one of us needs to restart the phone. Had some bugs with faceid, these got resolved with an update. Tons of features are scuffed. Knock to screnshot? Snapping SS of my phone due to potholes in car xD the list is long. ALSO it overheats all the time!
Never seen a reason for iphone
Damn, what a cliffhanger!!

why are you like this, just fan service
You dropped the ball with not mentioning the fast charging for the Chinese phones. For someone with an iPhone seeing a 80 watt charger and the charging speed always blows their mind
There is an air drop in samsung as well, minimum wage employee is meh
The way the companies think about The market that they target and how it works and the way the consumers look at the products is very clearly coming in okay in this video.
The diversity of this three representatives are much appreciated as for iphone and android user. Looking forward for there user experience.
Why why why why does LTT staff never mention or even show off Samsung DeX??? It's such a misunderstood feature and has been extremely misrepresented by LTT in the past with the Nexdock. I genuinely don't know what it's going to take for someone there to do a deeper dive and use it longer than 5 minutes to film a video. Incredibly frustrating.
I dont get the idea of air drop being "I dont have to install anything" because it comes it with a HUGGGE asterisk with label "as long as you want to share it with an iPhone". I mean as long as everyone has android they get "quick share" isn't that the same?
I'm kinda upset we didn't atleast have the week 1 update… if not whole thing
Wish they got someone actually familiar with Android to be the Minimum Wage Employee :/
S2X Ultra series is for hardcore android users, especially S25 ultra has so much customisability that it would really overwhelm an iPhone user within seconds.
Buying S2X ultra is a decision for android users who want to upgrade from basic android to top of the line android which can do much more than normal android does.
On the other hand every android phone is going to do much more than any Apple phone (I know because I use both Apple and Android)
Why does no one know about Quick Share?? It is basically on every android phone by now and works very well as an airdrop replacement.
I switched from Iphone to Samsung (more then a year) and I love android, but I do love the anesthetics of the ios for Apple. It's very ocd friendly.
Raise for Elijah or Riot!
Oh man.. I love DBrand so much lol especially their unique URLs that Linus is forced to say!

Give any lifetime Iphone user the latest Galaxy Fold, Pixel Fold or the Samsung SXX Ultra and they will definitely switch their iphones.
No human being should ever use an iPhone.
Wish they got to try out the new S25 because of the new One UI. The UI is meant to be more identical to an iPhone.
I agree that the corners on the S24 Ultra aren't great. I'm glad they switched back to rounded corners on the S25 Ultra.
I just switch from iphone 11 pro to s25 ultra, i regret iphone so so much. Customisation on android feels like a gimmick where on the iphone you have less but always usefull. Like the custom screens you can program with all different settings, lock screens and app to respond to a particular need or place or even like a different person using the phone like my kid, or when i play music. It is litterally like having different phone setting and look on the same base user (email). Camera app is so confusing, it keep hiding lens or do settings on his own. As a photographer i hate this so much. I had to go on settings for so many thing to act correctly that i feel sick of android. For me the conclusion is more setting access leads potentially to less efficiency and doesnt mean you have the setting you need at the end.
After 20 years of using phones, my most missed feature of any phone is the S-Pen. After that probably Airdrop.
iF HE HASN'T GOT TIME THEN INCREASE HIS HOLIDAY ALLOWANCE AND STOP THEM FROM WORKING ON HOLIDAY. They can easily have another person fill in while they are gone. They will be more productive then
I will be a weirdo here, but my IPhone is 11 pro and my Android is Surface Duo. Love both of them.
We need more of Lisa. She's amazing on camera and her accent is great! Go Lisa!
I enjoy the samsung 23 ultra, and I will agree that it is not the easiest single hand phone. It is much better as a two hand phone but the size is great for reading stuff. The best part of samsung is the ease of upgradeing if you want to upgrade every time they put out a new phone, no interest payment plans, huge trade in values, unlocked sim card so you can use any carrier, etc.
I swear the airdrop thing is only an issue if the other person has an iPhone, Samsung's quick share is the same thing.
I would love to also see here a OnePlus
Curious about opinion as I have one my self
