It might be the best time ever to build an ultra budget gaming PC (from used parts). What CPU, RAM, GPU (graphics card) do you need? Is a sub $100 dollar machine actually possible?

  5. Nice .-)

  6. Now that is called cutting corners!

  7. i want to stream but my budget is only 300$ 😕 can someone suggest me or help me with building it

  8. I think Linus just built a dirty bomb.

  9. I would like to see both of the other options. 169 and 269 gaming PC's.

  10. I think the mouse pad at the end would be the first utuber merch i would ever buy if it was available

  11. you should do a $181 gaming pc 🙂

  12. $6 pc

  13. I would want to see a video for a homeserver for nas, plex, homeasistant. in the same format. $69, $269, $690

  14. I made mine with $50 (it won at the pokies)

  15. 69?

  16. Im building my first pc, my specs are:
    Cpu: ryzen 5 2600
    Gpu: rx 570 8gb
    Ram: 16gb ddr4
    Psu: 550w
    Motherboard: b450m pro m2
    Storage: hdd 2tb 150mb/s
So should i get a nvme ssd and what storage? I dont want to spend alot of money

  17. It's even cheaper than a triple A game if you think of them at 70 bucks since they have added tax. (most games are still 60 including tax)

  18. When your PC is cheaper than GTA 6

  19. Ty for this

  20. Day/video 18 of asking for a free pc

  21. 169 sounds great but please stick to the premise of zero fs given about aesthetics haha

  23. 10k likes and Linus buy's me a PC

  24. I cant stand the pink hat guy🤦

  25. I have a Dell Optiplex 3010MT with an I5 3470, 16 GB DDR3 G-Skill Sniper RAM, 2x 500GB Apacer SSDs and an 8GB AMD Sapphire 580 Nitro+ GPU. All powered by an SeaSonic 500W PSU 😂😂
(I DO NOT play on Ultra Settings or newer Games!)

  26. The RX 570 not fitting for this budget is ridiculous. I've been using one for the past five years, no issues even now. Works great for any older AAA game, like what you are trying to reach in the video.

  27. David pulls the background sheet
    Conor: "Oh?"

    🤣😂

  28. Build a 169, 269, 369 and 420 dollar pc from this one like you did with the last one please? Love these builds, wish I knew of them before so I could have upgraded my previous pc.
It was a prebuild Lenovo desktop from 2016. To which a pc builder (for a living) told me back in 2019, I couldn't install a graphics card due to driver issues etc. And yet I see it done here at LTT all the time. (although I am very happy my current 1600 dollar pc as well, and yeah I found out about LTT very late)

  29. $40 FOR A WRIST THING FML i need to 3d print one now

  30. I think even if you're on a super tight budget, spending an extra 30 bucks and making it an even 100 gets you so a so much better experience that it would be worth scraping together the extra money, even if it's difficult. Even something as simple as just having more SSD storage available will have a huge effect on the overall experience. You can compromise a lot and still get a decent gaming experience if you adjust your expectations in regards to what games you'll be able to play, and at what settings, but if you have to wait several minutes for games to load, then at least IMO, you're less likely to play them even if they run fine.

  31. 1:35 – You forgot storage?

  32. How to build a 69 dollar pc

Step 1: hundreds dollar power tool

    Poor as people: well fk

  33. I love this team up, they should team up more often. They seem to both be fans of jank, on the other hand whenever Linus and Alex teams up Linus is always holding Alex back from truly reaching the ultimate level of jank and I think the videos could be much more interesting if he was just allowed to do whatever he wants.

  34. 269

  35. "Realistically, most people won't have these tools"
Can get an angle grinder for $15 at Harbor Freight and a some files for a few bucks.
