Awesome Tips This house was 3D-printed in just 24 hours
A company called Mighty Buildings is able to 3D-print 350-square-foot housing units in just 24 hours thanks to its UV-curable synthetic stone material.

sounds cool until the price tag.
In my opinion awesome technology has gone beyond our wildest imaginations. Keep up your great work.
Yes, and it would be extremely efficient too!
H*LL yeah! That would be cool and extremely efficient for cooling and heating too.
Is it made from plastic?
"That's California prices." $115k for a 350 ft sq studio? They're out of their damn mind, and implying that the cost would be less outside of California due to the markets tells me there a fraud and will adjust their orders based on the local market where the building it to be placed instead of based on the cost to produce and ship. Great concept, but I'll wait for an ethical company to offer a competing product.
Sure why not. They are beautiful !! Embrace your future.
1:17 Really dude??? Hit the f#*king thing for real….. What? Are you going for an Oscar? Globe?
The economics , vs the quality just don't work out for regular buyers.
That guy with the sledgehammer was faking soooooooo hard!
only California?
Would like to know turn key solution?
1:15 They told the actor with the hammer:
-You brake it – you pay for it
😂😂😂
Super incredible!!! I would love a soundproof little 3D printed home to call my very own, I'm a low income music recording artist in Canada living in a 145sq feet apartment with tracing paper thin walls. I have constant anxiety when practicing my music because I don't want to disrupt neighbors 24/7. Where can low income artists apply ? Thanks in advanced. That is my only wish for now in my life. If this is made possible I will wish that all low income profession full time loving artists like me, to all have their own 3D printed homes with built in sound proof studios! End to poverty and homelessness for loving artists in Canada. 🤚🥰
How toxic is it ?
oh man! such awesome technology!
24 hours includes the finishing windows installed and electrical . How about foundation . This all sounds like a sales pitch and we know how truthful that always is .
People from Cali seem sane , until they bark crazy prices, he selling a shed the price of a house , how the CEO doesn’t get the benefits of 3D printing
Cool — totally unaffordable for any average person. guess this is an upper class service
The question is when and where they gonna start build a lot 3D house in California? But the land are so expensive even the 3D house are cheap
Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! I live in Washington State and would love to 3D print an art studio for myself! Any takers?
Is that price for the house with full furnished?
Ridiculously expensive for a tiny home! Better to buy a trailer1
Liked the fake sledge hammer scene.
SUPER COOOOOOOOOL. BUT I Don't live in CaliforniaðŸ˜
How much is the 3d printing machine cost
This UV-curable sounds like dental crown, aka teeth material. 24-hour is marketing talk, who cares! $115k for 350ft? NAHHHH!
California sounds like a nightmare if 350 sf is being marketing at 115k. That's absurd.
Yes, but not for those prices.
boxabl homes goes for 50 k . rather go for boxabl homes
Woah! $285,000 for 3bed, 2 bath!? How is that price affordable!? Lol! Let's go back to housing prices from the 1980s instead. Under $100,000 is affordable. Or, possibly a down payment of $5.00 like my parents neighbors did in the 80's.
• What material is being used??
• Does the material become toxic once exposed to extreme weather or heat or other items?
• Does the material withstand hurricanes?
• Is the material biodegradable??
• How well does this material age?
• Will you be using hemp concrete as a material in the near future?
• If you build outside of California will your rates decrease?
• Why is the price in California so expensive? Alll the middle men have been removed. For instance, a machine is building the whole foundation of the home with means all the typical workers used to frame a home are now not needed or are they still needed? Why is the price high?
If we continue down this same path. People won't be able to afford a home. Then, we wonder why birth rates are declining..LOL. People will not procreate if they can't afford housing first. We have a crazy future ahead.
Say no to suburbs, huge houses, being owned by a mortgage: unsustainable lousy life of isolation and debt.
Did I see a wood base, meh c'mon totally ki s your innovation!
It's always the LAND COST and site LOCATION that is prohibitively expensive for the average consumer. Until governments make land rights a human-housing right then 3D-printed homes will be continue to be a luxury product.
California prices? Are they forced to price that high just because California is already expensive? Their profit must be outrageous. I feel it's greedy.
Interesting that he material is similar to artificial stone.
Does ot matter if you build a house in 24 hours? No
THESE PRICES ARE NUTS
the pice is a bit unfortunate this would be a game changer in third world but not at that price.
cool I like this, how do they recycle
Yes, I would live in a 3D printed home. Better sealed to not let the raccoons in.
Interesting technology but it's way too expensive.
115k for a California Stamp – meanwhile ICON company printing homes for 4k making dreams come true lol. and 1:17 looks fake
