As far as I know there are no tariffs on china cards in Europe, yet 1000 EUR price tag for 9070 is a sad norm
60 for a hoodie? And 20 for a shirt? Bro…I can’t go to the mall for that. Freakin wwe shirts aren’t even 20 bucks anymore.
To simply put, if you are in a moving car, inertia is how much resistance the car will have to break and come to a stop, and momentum is if that moving car hits a person how bad it will hurt
$800 for Asus OC Tuf 9070 xt, at Micro Center. Sad to say, $800 price (they were out of stock $600s) and the 3 hour wait was well worth it 🙂 12-13 years since my last build, so I am very happy
Cheapest 9070 xt in Germany 880€/950USD. Sure
If only the "Terminally Online" clothes print featured a good looking shell prompt. Looks great and nostalgic overall though.
Luke wearing DCA headphones, damn nice!
Linus, that strange phone design being a concept does not mean it should have been allowed to see the light of day as a functioning sample.
i only got youtube premium specifically for no ads on music and music videos…
1:21:57 HE SAW AN ADD 😮
PLAY HEARTS OF IRON IV!!!!!!!
pwease?
I’d be willing to bet mail-in rebate return rates are way down. In most years I probably don’t mail a single thing, period. Personally I would mail anything for money though lol, but I’d bet most people won’t.
Isn't the simpler explanation the cards entered the manufacture/supply chain with an assumed price of 600/650(or whatever) but they decided differently at the last minute and now they have to clean up the mess?
1:23:00 Oh, come on Lunus. If there ever was a language were everything is pronounced differently than how it is spelled, that would be English! (Eg: Ghoti = Fish. Tear, tear or tear?)
The day before the 9070 launch I contacted multiple Best buy associates and their managers, trying to find out the time of the launch the next day. They told me the cards where already sold out. I asked to clarify "do you mean not currently available because they don' launch until tomorrow?" They told me it is not a semantic error, their system shows them already spoken for when they launch.
Lol the background play is absurd, It. Is. The. Same. Media. Revanced it os.
The office bait and switch is literally there for people who get stuck on the new version and cannot cope with the change or learning something else a.k.a. There is a heck a lot ton of other people who are mostly older ( now I'm not saying older folks don't know how to do computers I'm saying there's a lot of folks out there who happened to be older ) and there's a lot of folks who just don't like change. And can't be moved over to open office or libre office because they always click the blue button for word.
@Linus, come to Oz and I'll buy you a beer and let ya ride my Kangaroo 😂
1:17:05 The new YouTube premium light is basically the opposite of getting just YouTube music.
You’re paying for ad free content but you’re not paying for music licenses. so any content that requires a music license has advertising. (Shorts, music videos, YT music). I think it makes perfect sense from a YouTube perspective because they’re not shipping off haft the subscription to the music companies and can sprinkle in a couple extra ads on the home page etc.
Whether or not people will see value in paying for it vs full YouTube premium remains to be seen. I can see someone who doesn’t care about music or uses another service already trying it out at least.
"how will they know I use Arch?" -Dan Besser, 2025.
As somebody who live streams things I find it really annoying that we go and announce were live streaming or recording etc. and then you still have parents siblings etc. out there with their phone trying to get in front of your camera and I'm like it's gonna be online sit in your chair and get your clip.
momentum = movement. Inertia = stationary (inert). a small mass moving very fast has high momentum. but if it was stationary it would have low inertia.
EDIT: Fun fact light (which has no mass) has momentum. because light has energy and E=mc^2. the full equation is E=(mc^2)^2 + (pm)^2. p = momentum
Linus finally comes around to Elijah's lttstore tagline: expensive, not overpriced.
what is the likely price of the xx60 serise gpu going to be? and will amd have 16gb vram for the base model?
46:15 Challenge accepted – Teddy Fresh (Hila Klein from H3's brand) – Tapestry Landscape Watercolor Hoodie $90USD.
What do I get for winning?! 😂
PLEASE let Linus do long tangents like he did on this one. More please
imagine LTT or LMG blocking users for saying racism is bad!

I think Linus and Luke have very questionable taste. That tall vertical laptop would be so useful for so many people. It can by use as a document shape, or as a presentation for an audience
1:17:44 I don't have any subscribtions I just use Brave to play YT videos in the background.
Yt has a bunch of music I listen to that's not on Spotify and I'm not gonna train their algorythm to my liking AND pay for it. (No I will not deal with ads)
Luke mute when typing xD
could probably find a cheaper "sweater" instead of a hoodie because its made in sweatshops
I do not have music streaming subscription. free spotify only
We NEED a good 5060 but i think that nvidia stopped making good 60 class cards after the 3060 12gb
6:45 I'm fairly convinced Black Myth Wukong was made on a future quantum development machine to target the Nvintelia RTX 9090 XTXX
