i came home from volunteer fire practice tonight to this video. i jokingly say that the reason i joined was to drive the fire truck, but it's mostly true. they are cool as you found out.
did you know that about 71% of fire fighters in canada are volunteers (2023)? unless you're living in a city, it's volunteers who serve in your department. if you have ever thought joining, call your local department. i'll bet they are recruiting.
