What happens when you connect a Fire Truck to a PC water cooling loop? Well given PC water cooling fittings are rated for about 8psi and the Fire Truck can do over 200psi… I think you can see where this is going.

you crazy maniacs …. 😀 😀 love this video 😀
2:20 "Higher is better" yep, that seems about right.
I feel disappointed that you didn't make a custom block with a much larger diameter hose fitting
Um, actually… 🤓
You didn't cool the PC with "literally" a tire truck, you cooled it with the water…
The proper way to literally cool a PC with a fire truck would be to use it as a heatsink
All the AIOs I've used have leaked on me. After this, I feel personally insulted, like 150psi? Really?
Cummins real hard
Why not CNC your own high pressure heatsinks?
Can you test how much molex fans in daisy chained can handle a PC?
How many thumbnails have you guys tried before setteling for this one?
green line is a bus compony in india
Hp output for a Cummins is usually on the engine tag
I was NOT aware LTT had bought a firetruck. I am unable to explain WHY LTT has bought a fire truck. But I do know one thing. They used it in a video, and therefor the Fire Truck is a Tax Write Off. ;P
Day 1 of asking linus for a pc
Showing the graphs had me wheezing 2:20
Whole building firetruck cooling when?
this is what i was waiting for, since they uploaded the toy firetruck review.
I was cringing as you just casually stuck your faces next to that contraption you fixed to the end of that fire hose…
do ssd's still not wright and rewriting well or is there no reason to use an hdd anymore im confused my friends are constantly deleting and redownloading stuff on there am i crazy?
This might get lost in the comments, but you should try water cooling one of these PCS like Dodge does with their hellcat supercharger setup. They use an air to water Intercooler but to keep the water cool they run part of the AC system through the water reservoir chilling the water that goes into the air to water inner cooler. Mercedes also does something similar but with their windshield washer fluid reservoir they run coolant lines inside of it so that the fluid doesn't freeze in the winter.
This is so stupid. Please never stop.
Hold the phone here Linus I own a Chevy durmax that makes 850 hp and 1600 lb-ft torque. I think my truck can do that 😂
To be honest as someone getting into water cooling seeing that systems can take a whole 200psi on the beefier side makes me a lot less worried about my little 5psi system leaking lol
great video, more of this kind of content. and love the sunshine for some reason, makes the video calming
Linus, you did it wrong, why would you put the CPU and GPU one after the other, split the firehose in two and have a seperate CPU and GPU loop.
Then you would have much lower cpu temps
feels weird to compare to jayz video. This isn't the same experiment. Wasn't jay looking at whole loop pressure to learn potential weak points while this is a way to write off some portion of an april fools joke?
16:44 Lol did they play the ender dragon death sound effect?
Ignoring the blast shield is just exactly what I expect from this channel
I can't get my hands on a 5800x3d, I hope this one survives :')
Stop yelelling litte guy, it actually reduces the ability to understand you
Stop yelling short man!
How do you guys not understand that flow and pressure is not the same thing? Start the video off talking about pressure and then explains the flow.
FFS people, you need someone to check common sense.
Please top yelling all the time. Your breaking voice hurts me.
10:15 Putting out the fires of hell
What a gongshow! I love it!
You should do a pressure washer next
We want to see Alex do a custom LTT water block rated for 400 PSI, and with some RGB of course!
5:40 the heat comes from a combination of friction as water compresses itself to fit through the smaller hole and the smaller space that the thermal energy now occupies. To put it simply you've essentially done the first step in how a refrigerator works, which is compress a room tepeture fluid, this means the thermal energy now occupies s smaller space raising it a few degrees. If you let it cool back down to room temp, then release the pressure you'd see the opposite effect. Meaning reducing pressure on a room temp fluid allows it occupy more space and therefore disperse the thermal energy given the immediate effect of a tempture drop.
This is because temperature is the product of the amount of thermal energy at a point in space.
this channel now has a blast shield. I wanna see stuff start to get crazy lol
edit: and linus has no idea what that is or means
video not doing well had to change thumbnail?
My local volunteer FD has been trying to raise money for a new tanker for going on 5 years now. So that's cool.
