Graphics card also helps a lot when it comes to video editing too!! xD… My system has an i7-14700K @ 5.4Ghz RTX 4080. My complex 4K video projects as a YouTuber can be rendered in as little as 20 minutes. The current game I'm playing is Planet Coaster 2, and can play that game in 4K maxed settings and get 50fps which is fine. Racing games the RTX 4080 can handle easily at 4K 120fps but my Sony TV can only do 4K 60fps. I'm looking to upgrade my TV next year.
600 if you're an enthusiast. Anymore and your part of the problem
Really want a TUF gpu
i still use 1050ti
In all honesty, it depends on the games you play. Lets say you have Indiana Jones (the one that just came out). You should already know no ray tracing = no play.
So you need a GPU that supports RT. However if you're a retro gamer like myself, older GPUs with at least 8GB of VRAM is plenty.
it was really helpful buddy thanks..๐
If you spend more than 300-350 at most for an item that only works inside of you pc youโve been fleeced my friend I donโt care what brand is on the box or the latest tech buzzwords that are attached to it.
The games look better in amd rx 9070 iit more deep rich aand sharp
10:27 … Gay Tracing is just useless CRAP ! I never wanted it, and i surly will never use it ! It''s just worthless for an gamer ! It only (somewhat) interesting, for movie/video producers !
I even think 4K is already insane, for me 1440p is just right ! It'a all about the re-fresh rate, and even than, 120 to 144hz is enough ! ( my PC : An Ryzen 5800X3D , 32GB 3200Mhz CL 16, 2 Tb NVMe , 850 watt silver )
So … I'm still very happy with my RX-6800XT, that i bought 2nd hand, for 280 euro, with still (than) 14 months warrenty ! I will only replace it, when it breakes ! Oh … and I have an 32inch 1440p 144hz monitor.
Man I have a 4060ti and itโs sad itโs at the bottom. lol. Just need it for 60fps locked really on an LG tv lol
Iโm currently on a gt 730 which is in desperate need of an upgrade so Iโm building a new pc with a rx 9070 xt ๐
Graphics cards should be a personal preference and should be more customizable
600e is max. and its still fuc… too much. mid high end should cost, no more than 300e
$100-150 entry price, $150-200 midrange.
After that you're overspending on drugs.
Rx 9070xt goes for 900 to 950 dollars in india ๐
Marcus! Aside from NGreediaโs Limited VRAM, they also have LIMITED MEMORY BIT BUSSSES.
ryzen 7 5700xd and rtx 3080 10 gb works really well with 1440p gaming for me
These sheeple who have actually bought these nvidia cards have just as much blame for the current situation. If we don't buy then they will lower the price. But no, people can't just wait. Like, rn a $600 msrp amd card has been inflated to over $1000. Because it operates as good and better than cards at those prices points. Well its your fault ppl because you can't just wait. When you go to resell this card in the future guess what, you cant price it like you paid extra for it. You gotta price it at how much those card used are going for. So, don't be delusional.
The short answer is… "Not what retailers are charging…"
I paid $999 plus tax for the 5080fe…๐คฃ๐
I got a 3090 for $400 the day before 50-series were announced. What a deal that was! It can easily achieve 4K 60+ fps in all games with only slightly reduced settings
As much as you can comfortably afford to.
I still headache, i want gaming at 2k but streaming service only offer 1080p. What pc build should i take.๐ . It is ok movie 1080p on 1440p monitor
hi. what is the best value GPU to match with a new Ryzen 5 7600x (I am currently running an i5 6600 with GTX1050ti from 2016 which needs a makeover) to run 20 google chrome windows simultaneously with google drive file transfer/video streaming, while playing a video on vlc and playing candy crush on the side? Thanks
In Germany the MSRP for the 5070 Ti is 879 โฌ, our VAT is 19 %. There are some cards available at that price but it still feels so expensive.
0:01 no need to spend more than $650 for pc gaming. No need to play games at 4k. Any card under $650 USD before taxes will suffice.
I bought rx 6950 xt xfx brand new for 430 $ best deal i got ๐คฉ
Just gonna point out that Forspoken on PC uses a full 16GB of VRAM at max settings. Its several years old.
Great summary, and very good points across the board.
Production wise, felt like WAY too many camera cuts. Was quite distracting with many times through the video cutting from camera to camera to camera too frequently.
I just wanna "fix" my 3070 ti (still a 1080p gamer). It is undervolted now and Temp limited, but works at like 80% of it's capabilities… Waiting for new Thermal Pads to arrive… But yes, I would like to buy something newer
bought a 7900xtx a while back now i use it with my 4k oled drives it amazingly i spent about 900 gbp on the gpu and about 600 on the monitor.
That depends on your budget haha. But I learned my lesson. Don't buy the cheapest cards. For example the 5060(ti), stay away from it unless you still want to game full hd.
I'm now gaming 4K with my new msi oled monitor, my rtx 3080 does pretty well on 4K, most games in max settings or almost max settings. I'm normally going to put the 5080 in it next year, I'm afraid the 5090 will be too expensive for me.
That 5080 is crazy cheap. It costs $1500 here in sweden for the cheapest
I went with 7800xt as I just wanted to feel a powerful system remembering my enjoyeable moments with fx 6300 and gtx 960 before. But i rarely play these days and lost a lot of interest in modern games ๐๐ข I love looking at my build tho while listening to spotify on my PC ๐
The prices of GPUs in todays market is absolutely asinine! I remember buying an RTX 3080 Super for $1000 AUD. Now, $1000 gets you a 4070. You want a 5090? Better have $6000.
I play call of duty have a 3060 founder edition and struggle on low setting to get 100 fps solid! So would like to upgrade but itโs going to be in the thousands to get better! If it was possible to get 1 lol
I'm eventually upgrading to a RX 7600 and Ryzen 5 5600X from a RX 470 and Ryzen 5 2600X 1. The price for me is the best for what I can save and afford ( im getting the ASRock Challenger version ) 2. It has AV1 Encoding which will help me with OBS( because I cant record or clip in 1080p60FPS only in 720p60FPS which I'm fine with just it would be nice to do at least 1080p BUT I use CapCut to edit clips and stuff and from there I can upscale it to 1080p60FPS) 3. It's a damn good card and cpu combo also the card looks very good and stealthy ( I have black case and the card is mostly black it will go very nicely with my build
Just bought a 9070XT, 9600X in a Fractal Terra case. It replaced the PC I bought in 2015, I7, GTX1660S. If it lasts 10 years like the last one, then I will be happy. Question is, what to do with the old PC?
As an older gamer I`m all about the pretty visuals rather than playing games where raw speed is required ( am too old for shoot-em-ups now. I prefer exploring games ). I therefore want to play at maximum possible visual settings. So where does that leave me when choosing a graphics card?
Resolutions (plus PPI per monitor size) to how many pixels your GPU needs to drive:
7k2k 140ppi @ 57 inches = 16.6m pixels
5k2k 123ppi @ 45 inches = 11m pixels
4k 105ppi @ 42 inches = 8.3m pixels
4k 138ppi @ 32 inches = 8.3m pixels
4k 163ppi @ 27 inches = 8.3m pixels
5k1440p 118ppi @ 45 inches = 7.4m pixels
3440x1440p 109ppi @ 34 inches = 5m pixels
1440p 91ppi @ 32 inches = 3.7m pixels
1440p 108ppi @ 27 inches = 3.7m pixels
1080p 68ppi @ 32 inches = 2.1m pixels
1080p 81ppi @ 27 inches = 2.1m pixels
1080p 91ppi @ 24 inches = 2.1m pixels
