  1. planned?

  2. As a drone operator that builds my own drones I order lots of things from China that are less than $800. These tariffs f**** suck

  3. The Art of the Deal Baby!

  4. Use the force Luke! 🥲

  5. I cant believe us is THIS dumb

  6. "plagg" = "garment" in Norwegian, so yes.

  7. They need to cancel the piece of junk that is SLS and Artemis and funnel that money instead to whichever new-generation space company that isn't SpaceX is the closest to actually having a working rocket and capsule that can make it into orbit (and beyond in the future)

  8. Prices are rising because of all the big nerd gamers

  9. the most shocking part to me on reading the 80 pages of Court document is developpers actively talking about "to make it worse". It is baffling and finally we have actual proof, not that we didn't know it was going on.

  10. I asked chatgpt this months ago.
Does separating bananas out of the bunch cause them to ripen slower?
Of which it said that it did.
So I ask it the same question but slightly different.
Does separating bananas out of the bunch cause them to ripen faster?
It answered with: yes, it does cause them to ripen faster.
At each question it gave what would be a well-thought-out explanation of why each of them happen. Yet both of them can't be right.

I haven't tested this lately but it seems an easy question that causes it to screw up.

  11. Bitcoin fixes this

  12. Damn, imagine being on the radar of "Big Pillow"

  13. Every ad is from Samsung.
Thankfully only 6 to 9 seconds.
    Unskipable.
    Unrelenting.
    So many.

  14. Hearing the insider take on just how messy the tariff stuff gets is both interesting and saddening.
I can guess at how many people's work hours has gone into trying to figure out mitigation, site changes.
No one wins, rather everyone loses.
Something I would wonder about, is whether an old conversation about having an Europe based outlet has been revisited now that the variables have changed so much?
Edit – I say that because we have a much larger population than USA, and y'all have a lot of fans over here.

  15. One of the most horrifying things I learnt in my business course was when someone asked:
"If my costs go up, how should I raise my sale prices?"

    The answer:
"You shouldn't. If your customer would be willing to pay the higher price, why weren't you already charging it?"

The core of business philosophy is to charge as much as the buyer is willing to pay (obviously with reference to demand curves and profitability).

No, they will never put their prices back down. Because now they know we're willing to pay it. And they know we expect price increases every generation on top.

  16. 36:55 omg is Linus saying Americans don't shower? next scandal incoming! (/s)

  17. Kamala's plan was to tax the vulgar wealthy and rich business their fair share…
So naturally on top of inflation and unprecedented corporate greed,,, people vote for tariffs.
    I just laugh and laugh.

  18. It is a false statement.

  19. Canadian company passing savings to Canadian customers. Even as a Brit, I don’t think that’s unreasonable. Your business your choices on pricing.

  20. yeah just better to let chyna take over. who needs work anyway

  21. I fire my trebuchet and it hit the shipping price.

  22. Yes, shopify has different dashboards for different stores, IE I have an EU and GB store, and each of those have different dashboards.

  23. so what has nasa actually done in the last 15 years

  24. Honestly, most clothing from Shien is pretty decent quality. Infact its better quality than most clothing sold in budget retail stores.
