I bought your Titan GT77 so what? I can't connect my type-c monitor. My old laptop, which I bought 6 years ago, can, but your modern and progressive one simply does not see it. You did not confuse progress with degradation? Portable monitors do not have HDMI.

Don't buy MSI products. It runs when it runs. Else you're left all alone when you get a defective product with issues. The company don't stand by their products. I'm stuck with a MSI GE76 top of the line model I bought two months ago from MSI India. Thermal throttles to a 100C and beyond under load. The intense battery drain caused a battery wear that is at 6 percent and it is irreversible. MSI India won't do RMA. MSI Taiwan doesn't respond to me and MSI USA says they're helpless. What a great way to bag $5660USD from customers by selling a defective laptop. I'm moving to consumer court.
My unit came with 32 GB of 4000 MHz DDR5 RAM. There is no option in BIOS to activate XMP profile? Is it too much to have the XMP profile pre-activated? I wasted so much of my time trying to get my RAM run at 4800 MHz, but eventually failed.
I got a TITAN GT77 12UGS with 720p webcam, while it is supposed to be 1080p. Is my unit special or other people also got duped like me?

I first purchased a MSI Curved monitor in 2018. I had to go through the RMA process 2 times by late 2020, and now my 3rd monitor failed 6/10/22.
I have a monitor that has been issued to me in a warranty repair. This is my third monitor I have had to get back because of issues with the displays.
I have the issue of lines going across the screen on both the HDMI to my xbox and Display port to my PC.
The pc picture shows the white screen and the top half is darker because of little lines across the screen.
The xbox you can see the lines are thicker and take up more of the screen. You can see the lines on the top half.
This is very frustrating to have paid $460 on a monitor and to have the issues continously happening. I even had to pay the shipping to have my monitor replaced.
I am to the point where I want a refund for the monitor as I don't want to deal with display issues every year or two.
When talking to customer service they won't do anything to help me and just say my monitor is out of warranty from my original purchase.
Overall I received 3 monitors for my $460 and they have all been defective in less than 1.5 years. The first one was defective on delivery I only noticed when I had it in the basement and when it was cold there would be lines across the display and it would disappear 20 mins after warming up.
Very disappointed never going to be an MSI customer again.

After a little over 3 years with my GT76 Titan (9900K and 200 watt 2080) I'm finally going to see a viable upgrade. Just send me one MSI and we can talk. 😁
Even tho msi isn't my first choice, and I generally root for/like other companies better, this is pretty impressive. Up to 128 gb of ram and 32 TERABYTES of pcie 5.0, (not just 4.0, 5.0!! In a laptop!)?! And the gpu can consistently run at 130-150w even when the cpu is under load as well?! Nuts. What would be even more nuts is if they don't price the top specced version above $4k. Imagine showing this to someone even 2 or 3 yrs ago

Overall bad design , power jack should be on the back ( honestly who places the power on the side any more ?) , need more USB A , the numpad is very small ( no idea why you have a huge space and you did not make the most of it ) . Its a titan , where are the front and side lights ? Seems to me the keyboard layout is so crowded . Looks like the travel distance is not good for a titan . Need more improvement in the newer models . Performance seems really good though .
