This is a horrible idea
As someone who repairs blood pressure monitors ("nurse on a stick") at care centres ("old folks homes") when the expectation is that it rolls easily, people tend not to have a good enough grip when it inevitably goes over a bump or hits a wrinkle in a rug and dives face-first into the floor. It doesn't happen often, but it happens enough that anyone buying this should be aware.
