This is pretty much my build (64 Gig 6000 Mhz). Play Indiana Jones atm and on 4k I cant even use ray tracing on extreme without the game crashing pretty much. FPS under 10. Without ray tracing the FPS is around 190. Is this normal?
Did you remove the ssd heat sink film?

If you can, please use the steam FPS telemetry, it can differentiate real frames with FG frames. So we can know at 200fps what is the real frames actually are.

I’m an Xbox gamer loving the latest games like Indiana jones etc.
I’m looking at buying/ building a pc as console prices for next gen are estimated to be over £1000 uk.
Looking at gaming desktop to go with my gigabyte M32u monitor but don’t know what to buy/ build.
I’m also looking at it being useful at running AutoCad and other Engineering Modelling software in my future study projects at uni. So a future proof/ upgradeable system is probably best idea for me, but don’t know how to do that.
Any advice on what would be best on a mid range budget circa £1700-£2k uk 🇬🇧?
in windows 11 you can actually control RGB with the setting "Dynamic lighting"
I had the same memory issue when making a new build on am5. Fix for me was to only install one stick when first getting everything up and running and then install the rest.

I am getting an x870 motherboard because I really need the usb4 ports. I wish they'd have included even just one usb4 with the b850. But no, they're too cheap. But also because the x870 comes with 4 m.2 slots. Well most do.
That price is not normal. 929 pounds is equal to $1200. Thats $200 over msrp. There's NO card at msrp. Unlike the other nvidia cards. The dust hasn't settled they've just stopped raising the price but they left it at least $200 over.

9070xt+9900x3d here. Blew me away with performance.
Btw dont want to sound like a smartass here but…your CPU is in 80+ degrees and gets closer to 90 so something is not optimal here, which would be red sign for me even tho they go up to 95 before they throttle. I never get to 75 under heavy gaming and this setup should not also.

Palit 5070ti gaming was power capped, so there was no overclocking headroom. Immediately sent that back.

Got the same CPU with a 4080. I'm holding off for a 5080 Super as the 5090 is too much heat and power. Also keeping 1440P OLED 27" rather than 4K as I'll get more FPS and extra head room in the future

This is a very similar build to my personal rig, 9800x3d and 5080.
I play on a 3440x1440p rather than at 4k. I am very happy with the performance at this resolution
Can you make a video about Frame Gen? What it does and the pros and cons, Nvidia sells this as 4090 performance but I think we need a deep dive about what it exactly is
