Gaming in general is expensive. This is a luxury hobby. I don't know why people are shy about admitting that we all spend a lot on it. PC and consoles are both expensive. It is what it is.

Difference is used ps5 £230 or less. 230 pc = potato. Pc gaming can be cheap but elites like me not so much. 2000 for gpu my 5090 was 2699

This is in no way true if we're all honest. But I came back to the PC master race last year after 20 years away using console, and I'd never go back. PC superior in every way!
for a new build latest motherboard and latest CPU. The CPU doesn't have to be i9 or Ryzen 9xxx
As long as the CPU supports the latest motherboard that has PCI express gen 5 or 6 whichever is the most recent. I usually go for a mid range Ryzen 7 X3D. The video card you'll have to buy a budget one and as you save up money, you can upgrade it in the future.
Honestly, unless ALL game devs go crazy a 5090 will last most people (playing at 4k, 60-120 fps) at least 5 years
I mean the 4090 is STILL the 2nd most powerful regular GPU…….
PC gaming is not cheaper under any measurable metric. This is typical PC gamer cope. If your PC costs less than a console from Facebook marketplace, its probably not even capable of playing new games. Like seriously, even a used prebuilt wouldn't out perform a console. Your definitely not PC gaming for cheaper. That's pure cope.

Si te armas una pc 500-600 dólares ten en cuenta que no valdrá lo de actualizar solo un componente más adelante para mejorar tu pc, aquí tendrás que actualizar todo el pc completo por que tus componentes serán muy de entrada, si tu pc es de 600 dólares y más adelante quieres meterle una gráfica más potente seguramente tengas que actualizar todo el equipo, has el esfuerzo y por lo menos invierte unos 1200 a 1500 dólares para que valga la pena, a día de hoy una pc por 600 dórales solo te durará unos 2 a 4 años antes de que tengas que actualizar, cuesta el doble que una consola, pero vale la pena cada centavo invertido👌
