Your enginerds likely know about solder sleeves and western union splices. If they don't….. eh… recommend against wire nuts with stranded wire. Proper splicing with sleeving would've taken the same amount of time but would result in…. an actually safe product. This is important when you have so many hands in the area. It's even more important when you have one or more electronics muggles working on the product. Btw, have you guys considered putting a couple fire extinguisher mounts under that table? Sounds stupid until it doesn't. Then it REALLY doesn't.

Also, a good boss hires people smarter than him to do the high level stuff. Linus is a smart dude obviously by building this media empire. But he seems like a neanderthal next to the real engineers in the room lmao. It's crazy how you think you know a lot about technology but there is a whole level above that know a deep level of the innerworkings of things we just take for granted like how a PSU actually works.
