I will definitely be buying the ROG XBox Ally X. It's basically everything i want in a handheld, especially for someone who refuses to support Steam. Still pissed that all my physical copies that i reinstalled several years ago when upgrading my hardware, were forced onto Steam who is then trying to convince me that i don't own them just that i have access through license, meanwhile they're selling the games at regular retail price.

It was proven it was possible to run xbox one games on windows by simply porting the DirectX api they use, how hard was for Microsoft to just do that to really call this an xbox?

It's not that hard to understand what this is. Xbox wanted a handheld but can't do it and cancelled said handheld. Only thing Microsoft has is money, so they paid for the new Rog Ally model to have an xbox button and xbox os. Plain and simple
