BEWARE PEOPLE: Many of the counsumers of this product have never recieved it. If you think I'm lying look at their trustpilot reviews. Oh Wait! You can't because they keep restarting and changing the name of the company. That have changed it about 3 times so far, and their new name is Dough. The 5% percent of people who actually recieved had a load of problems, and there actually was no CS. I would not recomend this given their company history.
Eve / Dough should be sued with lawsuit for all their scams!!
I've had my eve spectrum monitor for over a year now and it's been great. I'd give it an 8/10
I reserved the 2k 280Hz back in 2021, paid in full in 2022 and then canceled in june 2023. I haven't been refunded yet and its may be up to a year or more of even to get a refund. I think eve ran out of funds long ago and that's why nobody is getting their 2k orders nor refunds.
DoughDough is a scam… I ordered a screen from them, not delivered after 4 months. I ask for a refund, they say it's done, still nothing after months when they say "20 working days" and when I asked the question on the official forum (where I saw that FULL of people were waiting for a refund for a year) I was banned. Banned from the official forum for asking the only place I could about the status of my rebate.
By e-mail I receive the same automatic reply as everyone else.
When you dig a little, you find hundreds of testimonials identical to mine.
NEVER buy products from Dough. It's a SCAM.

Dough tech is scam I pay deposit and after received email to do full payment with I also did they never send me a monitor. I placed order in June 2022 and still didn't received it. And they change name since that and never response to my Emails! I not reccomend deal with this guys! SCAM!
I ordered 2 of this monitor. They never came, I contacted the support to get my money back and I was never refunded. Avoid buying anything from that sham company.
I preordered my Spectrum 3 yrs ago…still waiting on it. Eve/Dough is ignoring their customers and running off with our $$$

If you’re looking for the worst customer experience, Dough/Eve is the right place. I placed an order in 22/5/2022 for the Spectrum 4K and then requested for a refund 1 week later even before the screen gets manufactured. I got an email saying ‘this refund will take 20 business days (30 calendar days) to be processed, which was fine by me.
And guess what!!! Today is 09/08/2022 which is 73 days since I requested for the refund, and still didn’t get my money back. All what I heard from their “customer service” is generic answers with no commitment. Please DM me if you wish to see the email thread or samples of their irrational replies.
What I passed through with this company is very frustrating. And what made it worse is that email is the only way to talk to them, hence I’m sharing my experience here.
Do you think I should ask for a refund for my EVE/dough spectrum? I have been waiting for more then 2 years.
It’s sucks because they have a good product, when they can actually produce one and ship it.

any other display with 144/244 hz, 1ms and 4k alternative with good srgb/rgb?
Pre-order in 2021, totally paid in January 2022, unable to deliver, unable to do a correct follow-up and so on May 6th I cancelled my order, since then I'm still waiting for my refund, I don't recommend it.
Imagine already having an absolute terrible history with your first product, only to ship something like this to an honest reviewer.
A few months ago I bought it in retail due it being one of the only 4K monitors which fit my use case, ever since that I love it and each firmware update makes it work better and adds more features (like displaying signal from two sources). Maybe it’s worth a second look now, Linus 🙂
