im so sold on the asus tandem oled monitor, but they pushed back the release I think aghhhh. LGs version has been out for ages, but its not glossy (and therefore irrelevant)
I'm still using my Alienware 34" Ultra wide DWF variant for 3 years now. Not a single ounce of burn in. I do religiously use the pixel refresh every 4 hours though like instructed.
Just picked up the AW3425DW 3 days ago after watching all these types of videos…and I couldn’t be happier. Absolutely stunning monitor

I’m in the US . When I use the link for the asus tandum screen it take me to another one instead almost the same product name but not the same . The asus wmg takes you to a dmg which is not the 4th gen tandem . Is the wmg available in the states or are you guys just trying to off load old product fooling them in thinking it’s the newest version ???.

Not able to find the Asus ROG Strix XG27AQWMG Tandem OLED anywhere – even when I click on the link. The monitor that pops up is the XG27AQDMG. Any reason why?
I got a 2024 39 inch lg ultragear uwoled for $400. It was less than a year old when i got it. It was perfect condition, not a single blemish on it at all. Best $400 ive ever spent. And ill never go back to regular again.
I've seen Reddit threads saying that the Rog aqwmg has some grey bandings. Seems like this monitor has qa problems.

I got an rog strix oled and less than a week my monitor started to display vertical lines all the way across the screen. Not happy with my experience so far with oled, hopefully the replacement I get through warranty doesn’t have this issue

Upgraded the whole rig just to get 32" Rog Ucdm oled, can't go back from 4k and oled.

got my oled acer predator x45 for $999. only downside is that it reminds you to refresh it every 4 hours.
What abt asus pg27aqdp?
if u want instagram filter (purple tint) applied to ur monitor go for the qdoled trash.. W oled is the only way to go (TRUE BLACK). People saying its not that noticable, u can watch people compare it on youtube. Blacks are fkin brown in Qd oled, it just kills the point of buying an OLED display. Even the slightest amount of light affects this stupid qd oled.

If you are going to buy an OLED or WOLED you best have the Gear to take advantage of it, and if you are Building, DON"T Waist your Time, Save your money Buy a 40 inch TV if you don't have 1 already and if you do, then buy a PS5 or Similar and Be happy as a clam. I hate to break it to you, Makers can put all the Safty features in their monitors they want, It is Still going to get burn in, So don Waist your Money
I have to laugh at people like you, the way you go on about WOLED or OLED, as if it is Never going to get a burn in issue, I guess you are only talking to the people that have the Money to waste.
Just a Take on cost, Monitor approx $1300 and then you Have to Have the GRX Card to take advantage of it, that means 2.1 DP and HDR not Spend through the nose for the card and ONLY have DP 1.4 and NO HDR
I want to see people like you put several monitors on display without a mark and see if Gamers can really tell the difference and or they stop playing because it sucks because it isn't OLED/WOLED, Right, Give me a Break, What did gamers do before their tech even came out? Play Tic Tac Toe?

I've had my xeneon flex for almost 3 years. No burn it at all. I just turn it off when leaving, hide the taskbar and icons, and put on a slideshow background.

I was just going wait and get the XG27AQWMG. But for 80 pound more it just makes more sense to get the 272QP QD-OLED X50 right? I don't need the 500hz but the screen quality is better as well from what I'm seeing, unless I'm missing something

this dude didn’t recommend a single Odyssey monitor, which are supposedly supposed to be better than even asus this is kind of ridiculous. I’ll stick to buying the 500 Hz Odyssey monitor.
