Before we start loading gear into our Ultimate Tech House, we’re going to need a house! But not just ANY house. We need a house with room for all our crazy renovation ideas, old enough that we won’t feel bad about ripping up some drywall and new enough that it doesn’t need a bunch of costly repairs. The perfect house will be close to the office so we’re not wasting a lot of time commuting, and won’t cost so much that we can’t afford to make all the upgrades we’ve got planned. But does that perfect house exist? Can we really make it ‘Just Work’ for whoever ends up making our Tech House their Tech Home?

Everyone knows that transcoding is millions time easier and better on intel cpu. Why even saying something that is so false, if you need an external gpu then wtf you have the AMD cpu for? This are the kind of things that mine credibility.
Aquaponics! Probably kills the options for buyers but food security is a growing trend and you can automate it.

As a person living in a concrete box in Asia, I can't wait to see how many unespected place that can be torn down, puch hole and hide stuff during the project.
The amount of modification North America houses can do is always impressive.
Guys, you are doing sick gaming rooms and unreasonable TV setups all the time. I know, to a guy with a hammer every problem looks like a nail. But I just won't care for another 10 person LAN setup. So maybe don't sacrifice 2 rooms for a setup.

First two houses looked like they weren't lived in or furnished by someone with their own opinion.
