when latency increases in online games , packet loss also increase which is not the case in your setup.
One limitation I can see with regards to the results found here is that there's a short interval between the changes in latency, which makes comparison easier (i.e. "this feels slower/faster than the last test"). If it can be done, moving forward you would want to have a 1-month (or more) period for frequent gamers to plug in a similar device but controlled remotely just to change the latency every day. Of course, by having this consent, you also made them aware that such a thing would happen, which may skew results, but it would be interesting to find what the result for those would be.

99% of gamers cannot tell the difference between 5ms and 15ms. My guess is it's not until 25-30ms that even the pros can tell a big difference. I'm probably wrong because I'm an idiot. (I was sorta right but a little more wrong?)
Can you do one on how long internet latency matters? No clue how you would do it but it would be cool.

If you are used to playing at 100 latency and you drop that you could experience a worse gameplay for a while.
Input latency will have some impact only if it can replicate network latency because every game that matters will be worse on anything above LAN because of sync issues
