I'm still running around any pool to make it circling water. Since we have a circle one, it's even more efficient, and as a big child (like i'm ONLY 38) it can moves water surprisingly fast.
My son's friend got in the pool with him, and they wanted me to make it turn. Of course, I had to give my 100% and make this as fast as possible. They were cheerfully going with the current and at some point the friend tried to get in the other way just to see. He got carried away with the water and his face was priceless full of surprise.
Shape matters… If you would do the same in a round pool, it will work fine
