Personally I agree with Lunis. Hardwire as many things as possible.
The biggest question is, can you run them wired, or is this going to be the same as the house upgrade series that had to be ripped out?
So a Sony ht-a9 five years later.

Did I misunderstand or are they making a roundabout claim that they invented automated DSP and time alignment? Because that is very much not new technology.
Maybe these are the first to support this very specific LG branded version, but that's a little like making a wheel out of a custom alloy and claiming to have invented the wheel.

For anyone that had issues with the Sony Ht-a9 (wireless speaker dropouts), I'm happy to say the HT-A9M2 (Bravia Theatre Quad) has fully fixed this, but I notice that the M2 requires more volume to attain the same level of clarity, it's a different sound – not bad, just different. The louder the volume the better it sounds VS the first gen, but I think loses out at lower volumes (subjective opinion).
I love my LG TV and sound bar and I strive to find headphones and speakers that actually sound good but this setup is way out of my reach. Looks like I'll keep saving for the LG 5.1.1 Ch system
My amplifier was self calibrating for dolby snd THX a decade ago, plug in the microphone and go.
