The fact that this pc is $1000 is all the reason I need not to build a system until these prices normalize.
GO AM4!!!!!! Still alive and kicking. I would swap the 5800X to a 5700X, much better thermals and overclocked it performs exactly the same as the 5800X or even XT

with mobo case & cpu cooler the whole thing cost me $1100…

Nah, off rip this whole video is wrong. The best move here is a Ryzen 5500, 9060XT 16GB and a 1TB m.2 for under or slightly over $1,000.

AM4-eva! I'm rocking a 5700X3D & 5070 Ti. Was going to upgrade to AM5 this year but since pricing went tits up I'm sticking with AM4, I have 32GB of RAM as it is so should be able to wait it out.
Also you don't have any exhaust fans in your system here, probs doesn't help why your CPU was almost at 90 degrees lol.

I built a used PC recently with a Ryzen 7 5800X3D, 240mm liquid cooler, B550 motherboard, 32gb 3600mhz CL18, Radeon RX 6950XT 16GB, 1TB M.2 SSD and a 1000w PSU for $1,065 USD that will outperform this rig. Dont sleep on the used market people!
