11:35 well I did have a big (probably) where my 7800X3D did indeed not have all cores enabled for some reason so I really did have to change this setting. At least I remember using msconfig fir that.
But yeah, that shouldn't be an issue normally. (after upgrading from a 1080 and 3rd gen Intel CPU to 4080 Super and the 7800X3D I didn't even notice until a friend with a far older system had better performance :D)

Hackers are always nerd in a Hoody. The one time I "hacked" something, not real hacking, just finding an unsecured data server of google, I actually was wearing one, but because it was cold outside.
Sadly because I had no clue what to do before I could do anything I got manually kicked out if the server and every of my accounts and got told not to do it again, otherwise looing my accounts. 😂

The account recovery thing rap works. I tried it with my school laptop ages ago i acsess to a local administrator to install anything but could’nt change the active directory accounts. Nowdays windows accounts are linked to Microsoft online account so im not sure it would work unless you have a local user
i actually did the utilman trick but i dont remember if it was specifically the utilman, but it did work.

To be fair Borderlands 4 in the early days you had to do delete nvidia cache sometimes else you were getting around 10 FPS
Regarding the Fast Startup tip. I had to disable the fast startup on my laptop, because the battery would be dead when I got back to it. I use a desktop mostly, and use the laptop intermittently for when I'm away from the desktop, so it could be several days before I have to go back to my laptop. So, by turning off the Fast Startup, and forcing my laptop to completely shut down (by holding shift when shutting down) when I ask it to, the battery is still charged and waiting for me when I need it.

19:06 Or you can leave Fast Startup enabled and, once a week, properly shut down by holding the Shift key while clicking the Shutdown option. This forces the Windows machine to fully shut down rather than sleep or hibernate.

Yes, that trick does work, and it has the advantage of being the only method that doesn't require external tools.
The only downside is that it won't work if bitlocker is active.

Adjusting for "best performance" without reading the checkboxes means you disable font smoothing lmao, uncheck boxes that you dont care about instead, animations and such are the ones that will feel speedier when off, but you should set that page up how YOU like it
