Is the AI filter forced or can be turned off? š¤
This could be an optional setting not a forced āfeatureā if youāre using dlss. I think we donāt know how many players use dlss to give this one game a better frame rate. Great example is playing something like gta v enchanced with ray tracing with a 5060 so you need that dlss and this dlss 5 will be a disaster. If I was nvidia I would just scrap dlss 5 and say sorry.

I would really appreciate if you guys could clarify that the DLSS 5 tech weāve been shown is an additional optional feature (like frame gen) and NOT a replacement for DLSS upscaling.
I think future games will just run on PS1 type graphics internally and with DLSS creating the final "look" of the game. I wish devs will have full control of how they want the game environments and models to appear.
Fun fact! DLSS is just software and can work on any gpu despite Nvidia only making certain versions functional on specific GPU's.

so from 120 frames per sec you get only 40 real frames lmao
