  2. worse review i have ever seen. 10% monitor, 90% yapping.

  3. I want to upvote the video but downvote the product.

  4. This bottom TwiNK still twerkin

  5. I mean for the same price you can get the AW2725D when on sale.

  6. lost interest as soon as I heard 200 nits unfortunately

  7. This monitor has a peak brightness of 400nits in HDR and 200nits in SDR.
Please notice that almost NONE of these reviewers besides PcCentric mentioned this.

Avoid this display at all costs.

  8. does low brightness= Less burn in ?

  9. Yeah bro, thats $512 for the people across the pond.

  10. Pc centric post videos in 60fps pls 🙏 gameplays looks stuttery

Is this a good one guys?

  14. Just wrap the bezel of the monitor in gloss black and add a higher-quality monitor arm to remove the cheap look.

  15. I have the Alienware AW3425DW QD OLED – 34.2-inch. They make amazing monitors. 😀👍

  16. Still a high price for 1440p monitor
and please stop those cheap ways of marketing

  17. Try to get the AW2725D(last gen) Instead of this, it's abit brighter 250nit, instead of this 200 nits. That the only downside for this model. The brightness kinda low. PC Centric, can you review the AW2725D next?

  18. AW2726DM or AOC Q27G4ZD?

  19. Watching this on the monitor. I have it next to my Samsung 360hz QD-OLED. The sam is brighter. But at $349, this is a really Good monitor. the stand is almost trash. be careful when putting the base together. REALLY crank it down. I am putting it on a monitor arm, but if I didn't have a monitor arm, I would return it because the stand is so bad.

  20. trash oled, ts better to buy a good qhd ips than wasting money on cheap oled

  21. Honestly, this looks like a high-quality SDR monitor that is just faking HDR capability because it has been so severely limited on small area brightness. 400 nits just doesn't cut it, real HDR requires at the very least 600 nit highlights, but preferably something above 1000 to get a really vivid experience that is the whole point of HDR.

I know you don't want to say anything too negative about any particular vendor, but this is a borderline scam. Just like any monitor that is edge-lit but pretends to have HDR support. It's just not able to do it.

I'm tired of these artificially limited products for sake of segmentation, boss. Make it stop already!

  22. you lost me at 1440p

  23. Man someone finally uploaded a detailed review !! Thank you so much! Ordered this one. Very excited!

  24. I went from 1080p 60hz to this. It's definitely a noticeable difference
You can already get this monitor 10% off ($315) if you're a new Dell customer, at least in the US. Rakuten has 6% cashback for Dell on top of that.

  25. Thats actually perfect but its a shame they dont sell them where i live

  26. I would pick an affordable gsync pulsar monitor over an affordable oled. Motion clarity is > than deeper colours.

  27. If ordering from the DELL website sign up to their rewards program for £30 off immediately, then their newsletter for another 5% off. Got mine yesterday for about £320

  28. I wish my monitor didn't have that quick connect mess…
I kinda hate the Asus quick release, it pushes my monitor (a big heavy 32in OLED) a couple inches away from the pivot on my monitor arm, so I have to crank down on the tilt set screw to the point where I can't adjust tilt, it'sessentiallylocked in place.
If I leave it lose enough to adjust, it just falls on its face every time I move it, because of that extra distance/ leverage caused by the quick connect adaptor's offset. I had a lighter 27in Asus that I had to return, which had the exact same problem. My other monitor (with a normal VESA backplate) moves in every direction, including tilt, with literally just my pinky finger on the same arm.
I guess that's only one of few small fripes I have (the other is not being able to set a custom time for the proximity swnsor it has) so I really shouldn't be complaining lol.

  29. I used to watch you all the time in 21-22 when I was planning and building my PC. Haven’t watched you since you definitely look older and more mature. I remember you being way more eccentric and silly 🤣

  30. watching this video on this monitor and what an upgrade it is going from an older 1440p 144hz va. got mine Monday 4/20 and couldn't find a video on it. but decided to go with it over a 4k 165hz va panel at the same price and I'm glad i did.

  31. Vrr flicker??

  32. Alienware always get bad reviews on Amazon. Wouldn't trust them myself. Also as another user mentioned, 200 nits is abysmal

  33. Yeahhhh how is this affordable again? 😅

  34. this is a bad choice. Dont buy this.🤦‍♂ This is ancient OLED tech.🤢🤢
Add 100$ and you can get a 27" 4th Gen QD OLED from Gigabyte which is able to do 250 nits and has great HDR. It just doesnt make sense to spend 380$ just to get an OLED which has bad HDR. One of the main points of OLED is its HDR capability

  35. Oled TVs are the best

  36. Offordable to you

  37. i need your guys help! do i go for 4k 160hz and 1080p 320hz IPS dual monitor or this 1440p OLED 240hz monitor? i play both story games and competetive titles aswell.

  38. OLED VRR FLICKER – Am I a joke to you?

  39. I'd stay away from Alienware. I've had AW2725DF that had a weird glow problem, only in game and AW2725Q that had the infamous problem on Reddit, where it would die before 6 months of use.
Many stated 2-3 months, mine died at 5 months.

  40. It's just 26,5" and 1440p, so no from me

  41. Amazing review sir. I just started watching your videos a few weeks ago and I absolutely love how comprehensive and funny while educating they are you nailed it. The brightness is such a killer and I’m coming from a TCL mini LED 55 inch and to be honest, I was a little disappointed for it being my first OLED I’m gonna go ahead and get the 32 inch ROG WG REFURBISHED at 165 Hz for about 200 more dollars for my PS 5 God bless

  42. You should check out the MSI MAG 272QP QD-OLED X24 too. Currently going for $429, which isn't too far off priced from this.

  43. What menu settings does it offer

  44. 4k is king

  45. The only resaon why I wouldn't buy this is bcuz of the red hue over the panel due to qd oled…

  46. Been waiting for someone to review this although it seems quite new
Now if only we had more options
