Why not use a water-cooled cards if someone have budget for 2 of these cards he will surely water cooled them to use it.

I remember watching the insane $10,000 ultimate battlestation custom computer videos with completely custom watercooling, seemingly infinite storage and ram, and top of the line products… which were 2080s. Now, I am nowhere near 10 grand for a computer but hey I have a 3060.

Do the same again but use ATI Crossfire. I never used SLI but I did use Crossfire a lot back in the day. I think from my memory speaking with friends back then Crossfire was just better.
I remember working at a computer shop after school and basically every week or so someone came in who thought he had a 200+ IQ because he wanted to put two cheap GPUs in SLI to get the performance of a single high-end card.
At some point I just stopped trying to explain that he wouldn't be getting twice the performance, that he'd double the power draw, heat and noise of his PC, that he'd need a bigger board, a stronger PSU and so on. I just sold him the stuff he wanted, set it up for our typical fees and had a good laugh with my coworkers.
I like the picture in picture thing the editors did where Linus is gaming 6:33 . That's a nice little touch.
