I don't use or need AI. I can do these things faster and better with my good brain and Internet research skills I learned in middle school.
I don't need a personal assistant in the form of AI. I'm good. And thats what these companies don't get.

It's always amazing on paper, but in reality something as simple as their AI search summary is still unreliable. If I can't trust something like an AI summary how the hell will I trust to give the AI so much access to my phone's OS?

YouTube ai search is the most stupid thing I’ve heard so far. YouTube search is abysmal, not bc it was never good but bc google doesn’t allow us to see more than 5 videos related to what I was actually searching, And unrelated crap afterwards And all the ai in the search made it only worse.
I dont hate the AI itself, I hate when companies try to shove it down my throat.

Not trying to be a Microslop fanboy (I work in IT that partners with Microsoft), and almost all these features are already there in Copilot, though the focus is on more enterprise/business environment. AI Media generation of Google's is still leap and bounds above MSFT.
Shots from the side of your talking to the camera destroy the illusion that you are talking to your audience.
The purpose of AI is for the user to off load their intelligence to AI, have you grow dependent on ai doing things for you (including being smart), and then have you pay an ever increasing monthly fee in order to be your best self, which due to your dependency you can no longer do alone. Ai diminishes humanity.
Google is making such a big mistake it's going to be hilarious when they walk all this AI slop back

I have been through a whole lot with Worksafebc, without ai I would not be in judicial review in the Supreme Court of BC representing myself. Ai found facts i missed and caused the revelation that Worksafebc did not include a very significant doctors report in my official record and then decided the opposite and ruined my and my family's lifes over 20 years ago, I am due to be in court in the beginning of June, and without AI I would not have been able to do this.
