Can I upgrade RAM to a better MHZ and CL specs (Example: 5200 MHZ, CL36 or better). Or am I stuck with 4800MHZ CL40…?

They shall innovate the OLED screen cause OLED is darker than LED.
LED is already dark it's perfect like this.But if you play in ingame darkest zones(or for a full game like this) you're disadvantaged.Just like when you watch darkest scenes on a movie.Or a darkest full movie,just like Underworld Bloodlines.

For the 💻 screen I always change brightness to the top but with the power plan,you get this extra option only when you have a intel hd graphics plug-in(but this only change the laptop screen not the external monitor connected).On all Windows 7 versions.I have the Windows 7 Pro but x64(bytes) version.And it's very useful if you have the type of laptop screens low on brightness (you know that they say that it's to not be able to see from further for the other people).There is the type of laptop screens just like external screens either.
Maybe this won't be possible to make with Windows 11 and from differents Windows 11 versions.
If you change the normal brightness 🔆 option it always reset powering on and off the machine.Same goes for computers (external) monitors if there is,I think.
I have a LCD laptop monitor and a LED external computer monitor connected.

With a good brightness you can see even more and easier.

Don't buy MSI products. You're left all alone when you get a defective product with issues. The company don't stand by their products. I'm stuck with a MSI GE76 top of the line model I bought two months ago from MSI India. Thermal throttles to a 100C and beyond under load and cuts down on performance. The intense battery drain caused a battery wear that is at 6 percent and it is irreversible. MSI India won't do RMA. MSI Taiwan doesn't respond to me and MSI USA says they're helpless. What a great way to cheat and bag $5660 USD from customers by selling a defective laptop. I'm moving to consumer court.

Can you please raise you laptops hinge quality ,and poor display colour gamut on gf65 thin, no other company gives you than panel on that price range, where you can get gigabyte 3060 for that money it has decent build quality,but bulky. We need X8 RAM in your laptops.Also increase fan quality,cooler boost is making fan wear out faster. Is there any way to increase laptop GPU power limit from75 to 85, I can undervolt my lap and take the temps down even if it's power limit reaches 90W .Also make direct vent over fan to increase air intake efficiently,find a way to cool VRM rather than depending on GPU and CPU cooling ,use thermal pads. I can pay additional 100$ if you make these changes. Don't purposefully degrade a laptops design.Build quality interns of materials is not justify able at present.From 2019 onwards every laptop manufacturers raised their quality and keep on increasing to stay relevent in the competition. Acer and Asus improved a lot while you are sitting and relaxing and leaving your customers and fans disappointed.If you have gone with Ryzen 4800 or 5800 you could grab a vast number of customers from Acer,Lenovo and Asus rather than going with 14+++ 10th gen still selling today.And also Ryzen chip could have additional multicore power and also make laptop cooler and could have raised the power limit in that thin form factor.Dont know why the mother board is too large in the laptop,could have saved some money by chucking the plastic and increased battery size.Also the shared heat pipe from CPU is making GPU thermal throttle. You should have used both other side too for air exhaust.The forehead and chin on the laptop is in necessary.Also the thinnest and lightest gaming laptop of that it's kind becomes heavy when you carry the power brick.
