When Linus said "make it about the visit, not about the repair" I wanted to add to this. Sometimes older people will fake having a tech issue because it is an excuse to get their younger family to come visit. Don't give your family a hard time about this. Fix their problem and then spend some time with them, please. I know this is a silly thing to comment on a tech video, but sometimes people don't realize that this is what's going on, and young people often don't understand the value of family.

You will have to pull my Lenovo thinkpad from my cold dead hands before i switch to Samsung.
I wish there will be a shoutout/ big ass asterisk saying samsung has a poor customer service reputation. With the recent multiple SSD RMA scandals, I dont think its wise to promote their product without telling us about this. If you hold ASUS accountable (or at least mentioned it) for their ROG Ally microSD card scandal before, same should also apply here.
