Ok 30fps max for video i can somewhat get behind, movies mostly are at 23.976 fps to be exact and that’s because it makes the motion blur look like real life. Still 60fps or even above 120fps in gaming is a must for me. But 4K all the way or at least 1440p, 1080 is for small, backup monitors or super high refresh rates for competitions imo
