Big companies: Not any more
Shout out to my man for getting braces at this age AS A SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER. My man takes his dental health SERIOUSLY 😤
I definitely know a few people older than me that said they were told they should get braces but they didn't cus they were "too old for braces"
Why is everything you do sponsored?
Monitors are going up now
I picked up all of the batman Arkham series and the two starwars Jedi fallen order games for like not even 30 total on a steam sale. Such good games man
I'd say a monitor upgrade makes a way bigger difference than the mouse. $10 office mice are surprisingly effective for gaming if you're good.
You dare still wear my favorite RGB shirt while having discontinued it!?!
most cost effective way probably add more rgb to your setup
SILENT gaming mouse – any recommendations? So far I haven't seen any good ones from Logitech or Razer.
Cost effective gaming? In 2026??
Honestly I would not recommend 1440p in 2026.
Games are so poorly optimized and new more powerful GPUs so expensive, you're better off sticking with 1080p.
Not to mention Nvidia & AMD have been skimping on Vram for several generations, to the point some games are legitimately Vram bottlenecked even on the latest generation of GPUs.
As usual. Nobody talks about RESPONSE TIMES in their monitors. Especially important for people who play games that require timing
Anything to do wit how your senses interface with the experience are great upgrades. Keyboard, mouse, display, headphones. Also, your chair/desk or couch, if you can!

Give pc a good cleaning, upgrade: fans-AIO-cpu cooler-water block-fittings-tubes-pump-rad-reservoir-thermal pads-paste,debloat everything, spend time tuning cpu-gpu-ram,then maybe upgrade: keyboard, controller, mouse, display, power supply. Possibly switch OS (Linux/steam). Try whatever on this list and keep going.
"there's a plethora of options for both"
Unless you're a left-handed mouser, then the options dwindle to next to nil.
Eh idk if the last one fits in here, it's kind of a weird recommendation. If I'm looking to make the experience of playing a certain game better, buying another game is not going to do shi 😭😂
Remember when upgrading your ram was often recommended as a cheap upgrade?
I literally bought a 180hz 1080p display just a week ago.
And I'm impressed.
I also got suckered into the HDR life.
Edit: corrected the size and refresh rates.
Linus tech tips team!! I have a question.. just reply if you wanna hear it..
3 interrogations points.
– Linus just teased Half-Life 3.
A good display is a real game changer, high resolution and high refresh rate are good and all but to me the greatest improvements are colour calibration and HDR, they don't need more resources and they make every game look so much better.
Aren’t monitors going up in price?
the real cost effective upgrade is just playing the steam library you bought 5 years ago and never touched
My gut literally clenched when he was catching that graphics card
I am watching OLED monitors continue to drop in price. It's getting hard not to pull the trigger.
I agree. I bought a new 1440p144Hz MSI monitor for just $125 and it works really well.
Games is the primary way I save money. Wishlist and wait
I miss my G502 Lightspeed…. Misplaced it and now I can’t find it anywhere
