Come on saf youve been using Samsung for years. You know damn well you need to open good lock and then you can add the rows and many more options.
Just so you know, Pixel Fold's IP68 rating is useless. Jerryrigeverything showed that sand/dust still gets into the hinge even after an IP68 rating, just like the Samsung Fold/Flip phones. Also, the outer screen on the Z Fold 8 is 16:10, not 16:9 as stated in the video.

Tent mode lol
11:52 the work around isn't 'tent mode'. That's only good at one angle and has the problem you pointed out of inaccessible volume rocker.
The workaround is cameras on the surface and then you can angle the ZF8 better and have access to the volume buttons. So the phone looks like /_ instead of ^ tent mode
Helps if you have a case though to prevent the cameras getting scratched

You can change your home screen grid size with Good Lock. I'm guessing Samsung is trying to keep the Fold8 experience easier and simpler for the type of users they expect to be drawn to this phone compared to the more technical users who might opt instead for the Fol8 Ultra.
Do content creators really think we take them "switching" devices seriously?!
Just got my Z Fold 8 yesterday and Im loving it! I prefer it over the Ultra mainly because of the size. When folded, it feels like a normal-sized phone compact and super convenient while the Ultra feels too big and tall for me. The Z Fold 8’s passport-like size is just perfect. 👌📱
You've been with the phone for 1 month and you didn't know about samsung goodlock. Goodlock allows you to have apps in a 5×5 or a 6×5 ratio. It's a shame you missed that.
I just got mine yesterday and I must say I really like how comfortable it feels in my hands.
I recommend the Dbrand case, it maybe a little thick but it will protect the Z Fold 8 and it has amazing grip!
I have both of them. For a daily driver the wide one is better, smaller but if you open it, the Ultra is better even for social media. On the fold wide if you watch facebook you need to modify it to 16:9 if you want to see the top of the reels video, so on 16:9 is a smaller image than ultra. After work watching the media is easier with ultra. I don't have to rotate the phone back and forth. Using the wide one for media I'm always confused how to hold it depends on the app.
I love the wide one for a daily driver if I don't have to unfold it. I will keep both of them.
Total idiot, just to trash talk the Samsung Fold 8. Again Goodlock homeapp is very flexible.

Try using Benks Air case, been using it from day 1 ans its awesome and fit is just too good
Reverse tent mode and put camera side down….The cameras are okay if you upscale it in camera assistant however, when watching movies, the screen size is the same as my s25 ultra??… I'm sending it back. A better case is by WSKN. No sticky stuff needed.
