Have you had any issues with the charging port on your robot vacuums? My roborock Q Revo died in just under a year. Charging port was constantly getting grimey and I was having to clean it every few days just for it to get a charge. Did thorough cleaning of the robot, dock, contacted support but no good solution. Hesitant to buy from them again when $600 was gone in one year.
Couple of Roborock-related projects worth mentioning, local roborock server would spoof cloud servers in your own infrastructure, even the official app works with it. Also roborock vacuum map card, this gem gives full control in home assistant and it is the closest thing to using the app, check them out
Tou should mention about privacy issuea. And about ability (or not) to cut it from web or use of Valetudo.

I can say from experience that even a Roborock gives up and develops a lot of issues after a year of daily use. Roborock Qrevo Curve.
Agree that Roborock has the best in the business… can't wait till they come out with a vacuum that can navigate the stepdown living room – I only have one step. I can then get rid of the cheap Qrevo that our 1-year old always messes with, so we put a gate around that I have to temporarily remove every night.
Come on man 1:58 that's a dumb idea. Gotta wait til the water drains or you have to do it yourself just to replace the bag.

How do you use one robo vacuum with 2 floors? Cuz i don't really wanna start the vacuum in the first floor and the carry it upstairs, espacialy since i wanna start the robo-cuum at night

Something I'd like to see you cover in any of these product discussion is the level of dependency on Internet connectivity, and especially "phone home" requirements. No way I'm connecting something with cameras to anything outside of my personal control. A lot of us want to know how much still works with a 100% local setup (edit: or a least local only after initial setup).
How much of my private information does the robot and the app send to the vendor, etc? That needs to be part of your evaluations.

I'm probably want to upgrade to this or other advanced ones, I'm thinking of moving my stuff to HA and replace my devices to be HA ready. I will keep alexa plus but HA be the backbone of my smart home for advanced automations
