Why wouldn't I buy it? Because VA and IPS panels do what I need them to do — for less money, usually for a decade or more, while requiring zero anti-burn-in babysitting.
The only problem is image burn-in; regardless of the anti-burn-in system, I experienced it on two monitors after two years, and a friend of mine had the same issue.

lol I just bought this yesterday and this video dropped 5 hours ago absolutely perfect got it for 422$ after tax 2 day shipping
When Lenovo pro 27ud 4k Penta tandem oled,they sell for only 500-600€
Of course as soon as I say that it seems there is a discount down to 399 which is much better
Too bad the price is actually outrageous in my region like its so bad I wont even mention it thats how bad it is
The main thing is the comparison to the LG and gigabyte
Even then aSUS themselves have the AQWMG which if available at the right price kinda obsoletes this one as well so its really just stuck
The problem with asus again is the price…
Like I heard its ok in some regions in others its like just ridiculous
And considering the competition like im not sure? If it was available consistently at maybe 399 or less that would be ok
At most would be 450 and at that point its hard to say since prices go up and down every day
Some days the others are at like 350 which definitely isnt going to work

As for the oled and the quality itself
So the weird thing is the original AQDM im told is matte although its really long ago
I saw a few of them and they looked really glossy to me so im not sure what happened there
Otherwise yes aqdmgr
No idea when we are getting the next one not even sure what they are going to call it since they started with AQDM and then added a G and now a R
Looking at the UCDM3 that supposedly means it would be AQDMG3? Yikes…
And even then what would they actually change?

I don't recommend an OLED monitor get a high-end IPS instead that also has pretty deep blacks.
OLED you have vrr Flickr. It's horrible.
Text looks terrible you see color fringing, it's pretty terrible.
And you'd want to make sure you turn it off all the time
Hey Marcus I have a doubt regarding hdr in this monitor
When I turn windows hdr on for movies it washes out but when keep sdr it's fine I haven't played any hdr games mostly only try Nvidia hdr mode on for sdr games but looks weird
I got one for 280 euros sold my koorui g2411p for 60 euros which I bought for 55
Why can't someone make a 27 inch OLED with built-in speakers 🙁
I mean, 95% of the features compared to latest once, not really.. Its a 3rd gen WOLED with useless HDR400, no tandem, no RGB subpixel layout (especially in 1440p its even worse).
The old gen panels are fairly cheap now yeah, personally would never buy that though.
But sure, for pure gaming its doable if you are on a budget.

There's something wrong with the Corsair AIO in the final minute of the video. It's really jumpy and could cause people some issues. I checked on my TV (Firestick) and my phone, so it's an issue across multiple devices.
Bought this exact on September 14th for 615$ n i must say i DO NOT regret buying it at all. Yes i payed after tax 615.90 but im a prime member n it was here in less than 48 hours. I look now n after tax its 419$, but the delivery wait is like October 25th-November 5th. Personally if one can wait, get it

Matte is terrible for gaming. You have to have glossy oled. It’s so bright n crisp

I've got the XG27AQWMG and I've had dse problems since day one. Issue is the auto pixel cleaning that cant be turned off and happens everytime the screen goes on standby or if you switch the pc off before the monitor. I don't understand how blatent issues like this aren't resolved at the factory. You have to perform 2-3 pixel cleaning operations to clear most of it, each one taking 6 minutes. That's a lot of faffing around. It's not acceptable
If the XG27AQDMGR is £379 and the Tandem Oled XG27AQWMG is £428, which would you go for?
Tbh the Gigabyte MO27Q2A beats this monitor out, and in my country it costs about the same so I am going for that
