S-pen built into the phone for S-pen users is literally the only reason to upgrade. I can't even see a reason to upgrade to the S23 when it comes out unless it has new features that blows my mind.

It's kinda frustrating when reviews like this don't even bring up Dex as a feature. It's the most underrated feature and has become one of my favorite features of my S21U
I like many was excited for the S22 Ultra 1TB 12gb ram…coming from an S21 Ultra 16gb ram I thought the new SD chipset would comp for less ram…boy was I wrong! The s22 Ultra battery drain was atrocious and the phone in general lagged bigtime despite using the storage to RAM feature…I ended up returning the S22 ultra…mondo disappointment considering that phone would have been $1700 if I kept it
Read this as the S23 is due soon, still not bothered with the minor upgrades. I always upgrade every 3 years anyhow it makes a bit more sense than throwing money away.

The S-Pen takes up a little bit of room on the S22, compared to the S21, room where more internal components can be utilized.
The s22 is a downgrade unless you look at a different antutu version result woop woop
The answer is always upgrade unless it's the rare case where the upgrade is actually worse because the company tried something new and crazy and it doesn't turn out well. But in general newer phones are almost always better than the previous ones it's just that simple. And even if they're marginally better they're simply going to last longer because they're newer like you mentioned….. now the other obvious options is wait a few more months because the s21 is so close to the s22 you might as well wait for the S23 Ultra wich is the big brain move. Because most of the Samsung phones you honestly will not even notice a difference you'll feel like you're using the same exact phone just by upgrading one model yeah and unless you're actually counting pixels you're not going to know the difference. But I notice if you wait a year and then buy the next mall here you can tell more of a difference in your phones because enough has changed by then. And right at the 2 year point is where you should be replacing a phone anyways.
What's the wifi difference between those phones?

I have the s21 ultra & my daughter & grandson just bought the s22 ultra. No need to buy it due to minimum improvement You get the pen to put in a holder on the 22, I paid £20 for a pen & I have basically got a s22 ultra. Let's wait for the 23 or 24 for significant upgrades like timewarp as it can't get much better now.

Don't upgrade if you don't need to, I feel the s21 Ultra is better than the s22 Ultra… I've always loved the Note series and that's the only reason I got the s22 Ultra
S21 looks soo much better, for basic users like my self from FB, Insta, WhatsApp and YouTube, an also the camera looks better on 21, more real the other seems overly sharp the camera matters alot, just for basic recording and pictures, not bothered the slomo and hyperlaps ect, but do like a nice pic

If you want the ultra for S-Pen then S21 ultra is bad and S22 ultra is good but S22 ultra has motherboard and camera issues. If S-pen is not your necessity then s21 ultra is better

O have a S21 ultra, some scratches on the screen and some scratches on the back, no to much but …Samsung offer me $800 trade in value to get the s22 ultra plus $50 to spend at Samsung store. The total charge will be $400, do you guys think is a good ideia for me trade it or not. Help me please. Thanks

Have had this S21 for almost 2 years now. And its always had extremely poor battery life. I really dont use my phone that much. Never have. I have all the efficiency settings on, resolution and refresh at its lowest. Maximum restrictions on background usage and notification data usage. Yet the whole time ive owned it, its constantly wanting to be charged, or leaving me with a dead phone while out and about. It may be that I got a bad one. But I've never had to charge my phone this much since the original 3Gs way back in the day. Most of the phones Ive owned since then have lasted me a week or more. This one I virtually have to have it on the charger every night. A real disappointment and I was hoping for more detailed insight on the usage and drain of the S22. Elsewise I might be looking to go back to the Oneplus phones, Which was what I was driving before, And charging once a week.

We got s21 FE and S22. Out from all tests so far S22 show weaker signal and loosing signal in areas where S21 FE can still hook on the line. I can be more specific on bands. I think it was 2 or 66. Anyone able to compare too? Everyone talking about ultra
Samsung gave up 8gb Ram (16Gb Ram in S21U) for more clarity in S22U… such a bummer tbh. 16gb Ram is the best thing I ever need in my computer phone. It's Revolutionary to me!!! It's lower temp to play games in S22U cause it's 8Gb, & mainly favor True Mobile Games. 16GBRam is the most powerful to play LEGIT PC GAMES. Best Thing In My Life. I pray S23U fuses both in 1 with more quality

I was thinking of upgrading from my S10, though it hasn't really shown any signs of slowing down yet. The battery has definitely gone down in quality just a bit, but it still runs smoothly.
