You didn't talk about supporting software and customization. Hardware is only as good as the supporting software that comes with it

this is the worse =mouse ever made DO NOT buy it frank took it out of the box didnt use it and made the review if he had used it for any extended period of time he would know that setting it up wirelessly takes about 20 minutes every time and still wont just work also you have to restart your pc every time you try to put if in wireless mode because it wont work so goodluck if you dont have a second mouse

recently i just bought this mouse and found out i cant use it wired when i want to charge it and play is there any fix to this or is it just the mouse?

this mouse won't auto pair at first power-on your pc. so you need to re-plug the dongle every time pc start
Can you not change CPI by clicking the small button? You never showed that part ?
