Such a cool project! One of the things that I would have done different is using epoxy glue to glue the acrylic to prevent leaks and it would look like a one piece.

Go for bent and soldered copper, nice heat dispersal on it's own…use plumbingheating industrial components, computer components, too much reliance on o-rings. Finally consider using used car parts for cooling…intercoolers from turbo cars and any cheap radiators or heat exchangers can be had for pennies, including tiny pumps, motorcycle cooling systems are particularly powerful, reliable and compact. Finally polish it to an elegant mirror finish, mount it on a self propelled chassis and ride to it work, think of the productivity, no downtime you idle slackers. P.S pls employ an engineer I'll do it for free. love yer madness.🏍

Leak testing? Inject a bit of helium and then use a spectrometer to sniff the joinsts to detect a leak. Used in vaccum systems.

The res almost needs to have screws coming in from both top and bottom that way both sides are compressed well.. or glue all of it together except the top piece so you only have one place for leaks which would make it way easier to handle 🙂 ❤ loving the build . It made me get drawing for a new customer build that's wild 🙂

One problem with using soapy water is that the pressurised leak could blow the solution away and make it appear that there is no bubbles, the best form of leak detection is Swagelok Snoop
