I just uninstalled the gaming OSD app and installed gaming intelligence. But when I open intelligence its showing the layout from OSD. How is this possible?

Stay away from hdmi unless you are simply watching movies and media at fixed rates. DP is and always will be king and tearing free in fps hungry applications. An hdmi to DP or vice versa converter is one of the worst solutions you can use.
I have an MSI Optix MAG241C, from the page it gives me the option to download the OSD or Gaming Intelligence driver, but when installing the driver and opening the program it does not open anything at all, everything is well connected, I do not understand what happens .

Wow, nice software… untill it will be bundled with that bloatware named MSI Center. Still waiting for fix resolving compatibility issues between MSI Center and Adrenalin Software (resetting power limit, fan curve, zero rpm). OR STANDALONE MYSTIC LIGHT. Dont know whats more important for you – data collected via MSI Center or Customers. Obviously less users MSI Center, less data collection, but more problems and bugs with MSI center, less users of it.
