You also never want to discharge a full 100%…. ever. Though all my suggestions are for lithium style batteries.
You shouldn't charge your batteries randomly every few weeks. Actually if its gonna be sitting a while batteries should be at STORAGE VOLTAGE. Then store it. It should hold the charge. Leaving it fully or mostly charged is Terrible for life span. So no random weekly chargings.
Price…..if in the range….Rs 75 to 85k.

regenerative braking… motor acts as generator using vehicle's momentum and said generator to put charge back on battery
That bicycle looks so nice…but at the same time, you could just use normal bike with super low gearing and get fit.
