Buying a Dyson Vacuum was one of the best items purchased. Incredible suction and long life. I forgot about the filter/s for years in between year two and eight, so the motor blew up (my fault because the filter had so much dust in it). I got a new motor and filters (about $100), sat on the floor with a screwdriver, and took the whole thing apart. Really well made and great design throughout, changed the motor, replaced everything back into place, and it was alive again. Still running on the 2nd motor, about 14 years old. (DC19).
V15 is good except the trigger. The trigger mad me return it
Im considering getting a dyson. Can someone tell me if hair that gets vacummed in, is it easy to remove.? Does it all end up in the canister? Or gets tangeled up in the front?
Dust hidden in areas impossible to dismantle and cause a bit stink smells . Basic cleaning does not work.
If you cannot afford this vacuum, don’t harass those who can. Such a know-it-all attitude from many in the comments who don’t even own any Dyson products.

You vacuum so slow, nobody does that unless they are trying to sell you something.
The fact that the green light is only on one side makes me very uncomfortable.
I have the v15 and that detangler is awesome I have multiple cats and dogs and not once have I had a clog or anything jam up. The button does suck because when I'm turning around a corner I end up releasing the button so I do like the idea of the big red button on top. The v.15 is heavy
I went for the V12 Detect. Dyson’ s products are bulletproof so the price isn’t painful at all for what it is. My original DC07 still works and I use it for things that I need to clean longer than my battery would allow on the cordless ones.
I am using the V15 and love it only thing is the batterie life i have a condo and ca never get the all my floors done. Wish it came with 2.

Dyson is cheap plastic crap that breaks constantly. Don't bother!
I went with Tineco A11 Hero because Dyson was too pricey for me.

Doesn't making it large a white on a flat surface make it much easier to see? Use something finer on a thicker much more dense carpet, if you want to impress people in 2022
We went Shark for our Mid-High End Vacuum for the house. Great quality and a more acceptable price. And for the hard floors and my wife's knitting space the 2021/2022 SAMSUNG Jet 60 Fit Cordless Vacuum. Has a great ecosystem with a collection canister you can purchase as well.
I don’t like this design makes your hand feel heavy with the filter being on top should had been below .
I have no hopes of buying these vacuums. Under a 100 is good for me but I stayed up all night and here I am at 446 am. Someone help me.
