the rgb is not working, first time i started it, it was rainbow then second time stuck in red and ive never found a fix for it. Super annoying

Mine came with 8GB ddr4, 1650 video card (4 years old technology), sound hardware is old tech (separate jack for headphones and mic) and I can't believe that there is no slot for SD card or any card reader
