As a personal trainer I liked your form on the cable Flys. Wide and squeezed in on the concentric part to target your lower chest and elbows in on the eccentric to still target the chest instead of wide so the lats take the load.

Govee immersion is awesome! They released an update that lets you sync other govee products to the tv lights
a tip for the govee flow light bar if you have speakers or something like that put the light bars behind the speaker looks amazing and you can barely see them i love them so much
