It’s cool. We went for the same config. M1max with all cores. w 64gb and 2TB. Also got the studio monitor w nano coating. Should arrive in two weeks.
I am glad a lot of PC users are finally realising the benefits of Apple echo system instead of simply telling people what they want to hear that Apple = bad and PC = good for humanity….
Even as a normal who in no way needs all this power I was even looking at this along with the Studio Monitor to purchase the base Mac Studio with 2TB storage to replace my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014) with 2TB storage.

In todays dollars on March 8, 2022 announcement of Mac Studio adjusted for inflation 1984 Macintosh would now cost $6,764.87. So if I was going for overkill for a normal I could purchase the new Studio series Mac, and 27 inch Studio monitor that I the configuration I would like today it would cost me $4,198.00 which is less than my original Apple Macintosh computer adjusted for inflation would cost today.
You know it is Pro when it comes with a black Apple logo sticker. So if you are a professional choose the tools that work best for you at this time.
Id get the Mac studio M1 Ultra if I weren't ULTRA broke.
