I have a question. I'm trying to hook up the 32'inch curved to my mac air, but I don't have the PC, nor the mac air with C port abilities. Every new connection that I try, when turned on, it will say "DP No Signal". Is there another way to do this?
Been losing my mind using the MPG321UR QD with my mac. I have it hooked up with just the thunderbolt cable. When the computer is asleep, the monitor will constantly turn on every few minutes or so. I've gone down many rabbit holes, and have yet to find a solution other than the solution provided in all the forums. "Just turn off the monitor" Yeah thanks, I don't take advice that starts with the word just. Understand my struggle. It's so annoying to turn off my monitor every time. It also leads to another issue, where when I turn my monitor on, I really don't know if the monitor will actually wake up. It usually just flashes a screen saying usbc , the light goes white instead of orange, then it turns back on.
BUYER BEWARE. The color of this monitor is very good, and it looks fantastic during daily use, but I'm not happy with how cumbersome it is to wake up. It's frankly ridiculous to have to be so patient with a monitor. I feel like I'm dealing with an idiot every time I use it.
Just got MPG321UR QD for my MacBook Pro connecting with usb-c, it keeps mounting external drive with "Optix_Driver.url" Is there ways to disable it?
I first purchased a MSI Curved monitor in 2018. I had to go through the RMA process 2 times by late 2020, and now my 3rd monitor failed 6/10/22.
I have a monitor that has been issued to me in a warranty repair. This is my third monitor I have had to get back because of issues with the displays.
I have the issue of lines going across the screen on both the HDMI to my xbox and Display port to my PC.
The pc picture shows the white screen and the top half is darker because of little lines across the screen.
The xbox you can see the lines are thicker and take up more of the screen. You can see the lines on the top half.
This is very frustrating to have paid $460 on a monitor and to have the issues continously happening. I even had to pay the shipping to have my monitor replaced.
I am to the point where I want a refund for the monitor as I don't want to deal with display issues every year or two.
When talking to customer service they won't do anything to help me and just say my monitor is out of warranty from my original purchase.
Overall I received 3 monitors for my $460 and they have all been defective in less than 1.5 years. The first one was defective on delivery I only noticed when I had it in the basement and when it was cold there would be lines across the display and it would disappear 20 mins after warming up.
Very disappointed never going to be an MSI customer again.
