Can i try
It would be megga useful if you took time to show in close up detail where some of those cables plugged in because the video is too vague in places. This would be for someone like me who wants to build my own gaming pc but is just like your friend, and technically useless …
How much did it all cost
If you were to overclock the 12600k and 6800xt. Would a 850W psu battery be enough?
Great video, mate ! Kudos to you for explaining it so easily. Thanks ! Subscribed your channel 🙂
I think I'd be a better teacher.
I've recently upgraded my computer (from a mid 10s components with a late 2000s case) and basically all you need to know is (of course, some of these have comments about stuff I've done in the past):
Change the new case's fans for RGB fans
BE IN AWE OF THE CABLE MANAGEMENT SPACE!
Place the RAM correctly. If you don't know, look at how the sticks and slots look. If it doesn't work one way, don't force it.
Place the CPU correctly. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.
Place the CPU fan cooler….. wait, you'll need to mount an adapter. USE THE CORRECT SET OF ADAPTER that should come with the cooler, if said to be compatible.
NEVER OVER-SCREW.
Plug all the little case cables to their appropriate place on the motherboard. Names will match. Check for what look like what and read the instructions.
Those little single-plug plugs? The motherboard should come with a SMALL SINGLE-PLUGS BIG PLUG ADAPTER. Use it! It helps a lot!….. and will make the cables hold better.
Put the PSU in the case and wire the cables you need.
Put your GPU in.
Plug everything with the matching amount holes.
Wonder what that new mobo HDMI output is for.
Disregard that new mobo HDMI and stick with the good old GPU.
Seen a lot of your content, but bacuse you give your friend the PC as a gift you got me as a sub
i love him
wich software is that in the up right corner to show all these digits ?
I have the same exact motherboard and cpu, and it’s also my first pc build
Live this
Oh hey. Kurzgesagt posters just sitting around in the background
Thank you Asus, that was awesome to give it to his mate.
Hey Marcus, as a newbie DIY builder i hit an issue which may be worth highlighting to your viewers, in particular those noobs like me who feel emboldened by your videos. I went for a B660 and paired with with a i5 13600…. the motherboard has no flash bios… so unless you have an old 12th gen lying around, you are effectively dead in the water… unless of course you get a celeron purely for the update… so frustrating as i completely missed the manufacture date vs bios update for the B660 13th gen support
It's a problem for Ron! 😉
I don't think a son should be talking about his mum's Jem Lettuce.
However, Subbed,
After watching this video, I feel confident enough to build my own PC instead of paying $3,000 plus for a prebuilt.
Here is a starter gaming pc
my set up is a 3080 /3800x /32GB 3600mhz/B550 micro atx am4 / 120mmAio/ B550/750w gold / 3440x1440p 165hz/ All i do is play games and watch videos i wanna do a few upgrades with Christmas coming up i need some gift ideas i wanna get a 4k144hz as my second monitor but i can buy that myself im not quit hitting 165hz at 1440p on my current set up what should i upgrade and what should i get? i can get maybe like 3 thing and i just want more frames! im stuck between getting the 3800x3d or going ddr5 and or switching to intel. Most played games are warzone and sea of thieves
No offense but you need to hit the gym
Sub'd because you gave your friend a computer. Showed up for knowledge. I was satisfied with this overall.
Ok let's talk if I had 2k would you make me a fast has possible pc in a Corsair 4000d white case
This video is very helpful. I now know I am not qualified to build PCs and will save my time, money, and headaches, and leave it to the pros 🤣
Is it still worth it to build a pc nowadays given the shortages and prices?
The problem is you can’t find someone who knows how to build a computer who can be trusted. Everyone i know wants to overprice every single component and the work needed to put it together.
😢Where do I get the motherboard screws 😰
