this kit right here is why many of us older PC gamers never got into water cooling despite hearing how good it was. the overall methods to get it working were always way more complicated than just slapping on a cooling fan and calling it a day.
now the advent of AIOs has me looking really hard into water cooling with my return to PC gaming. as the AIOs are just as simple as the old, slap a cooling fan on the cpu and call it a day.

Geezzz that was like what around the time the question of "What if water got in your rig and ruined it?!" But the real problem was like cooling and overheating… That happened. It was expensive as hell too.

the counterstrike fan grill brought back memories, i made my own back in the day for my fan i put in the plexiglass side panel. those were the days lol.

That 70c is actually super impressive considering modern paste would probably get it to perform as goods as the noctua

I still have the original case this cooling system was designed to go in,the Gigabyte 3D Aurora still has my first ever PC build, features an Intel Core 2 Duo, a GPU that uses AGP and I can’t remember any other specs.

Copper and aluminium can't be mixed because of corrosion that is true but it only happens if they are in direct contact at least that's on the car industry I am pretty sure that this is safe
