I just watched your newest studio tour and it’s legit! Definitely prefer your current setup, but hopefully you can find a new spot when the time is right!
wait youre on Delaware? Lemme come visit you
If your goal is to get a space to look like the one you showed, I suggest you do it in your house instead tbh. Especially if you have to spend $$$$$ to make it look the way you want and then also having to pay a landlord to use the space. If you insist it can't be done in your basement, then the external office space needs to be perfect, not some old house you have to renovate, and preferably a place you buy instead of rent.
If I was you I would never buy an office space even if I had a team.
I would never buy desktops, only laptops so that they can be mobile and work from home.
I would also invest in only a few rooms, no pointless equipment.
Think about the bills.
Good choice not choosing this location. Mainly for the reasons a lot of the previous folks have stated. I would be shocked if this place wasn't haunted. Just take a look at the 9:17 mark. Could be some crazy reflection, but totally looks like ghostly faces staring back at you when you opened that cubby door in that one room.
Blair Witch Basement.
Have you thought about just making a smaller building in the backyard for just YouTube type work?
dont buy it its bad buy a good one that you can use forever
Idk bro you make like 1 video a week lol I'd say that's up to you
You also should watch epos voxs videos on his studio. I think he did a fantastic job with a small space.
It might be a really scary thing but i think getting a more industrial space would be better. I think this limits your options rather than openning them up.
What I think becki and chris did really good was turning a basement ( a blank slate ) to a useful studio. I think an open space would be better
Do you dip???
Dude that looks like a place off of A Haunting lol there’s definitely potential but I still feel like a warehouse space could be converted into a great studio like Jayztwocents has and Linus, pretty sure Kyle has a space like that, but you have to factor in work you’d have to do, renovations and all that but you said location is great so just take everything into consideration
This would be a significant downgrade IMO
formerly a bank? Seems more like a loan sharks den 😀
I dont like the new studio, seems to have a lot of columns and near the road. Look for another one
The space is not good for YouTube production due to traffic, u need a quiet area or more suburban area.
Lol that place looked like something that would appear on the next nuke’s top 5 ghost caught on camera
what is that digital white circle clock in your setup?
Wouldn’t the road noise be bad when filming?
This ain’t it chief. It’s too small and has too many downsides. Don’t compromise when it comes to your goals, especially big long term ones. I suggest a warehouse as other commenters have mentioned.
the sound from the road, as soon as you walked into the place hit me, not sure why you didnt hear that from the start, that place would never do, infact just about the only room withno road noise was that back room with the dodgey light and sofa in it. pass. next.
Idky i was scared he was gonna crash but it felt like he was driving a tesla at 160 kmh handles .. like 😱😱😨😨😨😨😨😨😨😨
One drunk driver away from tragedy!
how about you spend your youtube money without making a whole video about it in order to get even MORE youtube money. Just a thought idk.
yea their studio is on point
Lowkey seems like a kind of a downgrade
A huge amount of road noise in the main space
dont take it
Are there no warehouse spaces near you? Seems that would be a better fit – room to build, and grow into it. Industrial chic seems to be the move right now.
