I do prefer the prixel 5 for its software, camera saturation and even though the front facing camera is just 1080p in your video the goold one looks better, however, the samsung one has better colours on the camera real. Very good video.

It was only me or at least half of times that he choose PIXEL 5, the 20FE was better in general. Some situations both (or every other smart cam) are terrible.

Samsung 20fe has even the 8k so its actually no comparsion. Samsung has more natural colours, on the first footage from pixel your face looks orange man.
I will choose Samsung because my experience in India with pixel 4a was soo good until I cracked the screen. It took 1 month and 10 days to fix it. If you crack the Samsung, you can fix anywhere in 1 day.

Nice review but…from a photographer's perspective you have a perfect skin color, you probably look pretty good shot from any camera. Would be nice to see what these phone cameras could do with really dark skin, and an extreme pale face like me.
Overall I like the Samsung better, but I am amazed how each and every Samsung phone seems to have really bad video stabilization. The details just disappear. This is even so with the A52s.
Can the Samsung camera white balance be adjusted before taking shots or video, or can they only be changed in post processing? I prefer the Pixel colors, because they appear much warmer, and skin tones are more pleasing. I just ordered a used S20 fe 5g, and now I feel like I should have got the Pixel 5A

I got an Samsung Galaxy S20 FE the other day and like it very much must get used to it's size, and annoying are only the weak battery life and slow charge. I had a pixel too and i can tell you that the colours in the selfies are result of Pixel's HDR+ which no other phone has got to offer. Opposed to you i wasn't a fan of that strong HDR version because everytime i had much light in the back during the shooting my face colour tended to a strange red-brown colour which was clearly to see in your pics too.

The pixel looks like it has a dark tint to it.
