Awesome Tips What did Razer do to the Deathadder???
The Deathadder has had a makeover! And Razer are hoping that we are all just going to love the new Deathadder V3 Pro. But will it satisfy those that are faithful to the timeless design? Available on Amazon: (aff)

Bought the DAV3 and although the mouse is very light (for its size) and has the best tech (not that it will matter) I feel this mouse and the V2 for that matter are wide and bulbous feeling in my hands. My hand width is only 9.5cm and I can tell you from direct A-B testing that the Model D full size feels much better and more shapely to the hand for palm grip. The button clicks on this mouse are S tier and the mouse does feel sharper than my Model O. I will probably be returning this mouse as the $150 price tag needs to have ZERO downsides for me. I will probably try the Pulsar X2 this week.
Went from DeathAdder Elite to Zowie to Glorious Model D to DeathAdder V2 Pro to finally the V3 Pro. By far the best ergonomic mouse I've ever used, I much prefer this shape over the GPW Superlight and Viper Ultimate I tried out.
Zowieadder?
Yeah this mouse is beast. A ton of Valorant pros use it now. I love Razer optical switches. Not sure if the V3 switches are different. Best click latency vs any mechanical switches. Never liked mechanical switches. Razer knocked it out of the park while Logitech barely making optical switches. Wish Roccat would make a small mouse.
it is not a deathadder anymore. the flares imo was needed!
Motion Sync in sensor of PixArt 3395 helps a lot.. Will require more testing and use to differ from 3370 in hard mat 3370 does not track well and spin out sometimes.
0:03 yes i am a fat knob how do you know?
0:00 Where did you find that shoot?
I mean it is named the PRO, there's no guarantee the regular v3 won't be more in line with the og
Get the Viper V2 pro. dont waste your money on DAV3
it looks like some kind of hybrid between Deathadder and G PRO xD
I wish they would’ve kept a dpi button
To me the DA V2 and V2 pro were a disappointment because they already changed the curve and height of the mouse in these models. For example the DA Elite had a very smooth feeling to it the V2s were like holding bricks compared to it. This new one is a step in the good direction it feels somewhat better than the DA elite. But i still mis that nostalgic feeling.
You can keep a wired connection with this right? Maybe even have better input lag?
Do you recommend the white or black version? I’ve heard the white version looks dirty after awhile but I’ve also heard people say the white one has a slightly nicer feeling shell/coating. Thanks,
A different shape might mean this could be the first deathadder that is comfortable for me. Whatever the specific shape is, it never worked for me. But I long acknowledged that there are no palm grip mice for my hand and that I'll forever stuck to 1-3-1 grip.
And I don't see myself ever spending 160€ on a single mouse
no shit it's hollow with that weight lol
for ppl who complain this is not the exact DA shape, just put more grip tape on the place where the shape changed lol.
review of the MM250 corsair? its 15€ in eruope rn maybe even less in US
Its way better lmao
Didn't care for deathadder shape until now. Purchased it and it's my new main.
Does the main buttons have any wobble?
i got the xlight v2 and i will buy this one. xlight developped some double clicking issues at 2ms debounce. now, i run it at 4ms and maybe every 1 out of 100 is a double click. idk why everyone says kailh 8.0 is good? i much rather have the optical switches with much lower response time and no double clicking issues. post and pre travel from the xlight v2 is also pretty bad.
shape of the dav3 seems like a zowie clone and thats good a good thing. why would anyone want that old shape? i don't quite get what was so good about it. you guys sound like me raving about the mx518 and i wouldn't play that thing anymore either.
If you still want the old shape v2 is still available and cheaper. Stop complaining!
I agree about most of the points in the review. However I disagree about switches – I feel like the click is more crisp and concrete with these new opticals. I feel more confidence in the click compared to Kailh 8.0 and Omron 20m. And I like this rough coating on the mouse
Before I expanded my horizons to other mice, the DeathAdder was my end all, be all. The shape and size were perfect for me, and for the most part still are. However, the V3 Pro is a complete departure from the true DA formula and in my eyes is not a true DA mouse. It might as well be yet another EC2 clone in a market full of EC2 clones. The DA V2 Pro is officially the last true DeathAdder IMO. I would much rather have the Xlite V2 which is almost literally half the price. I'm sure the DA V3 Pro is a great mouse but I'll be sticking with my V2 Pro.
This is no longer a deathadder.. sad
Could you do a comparison between the X2 medium and the Superlight? Pretty please?
0:05 me who was born in 2007 am I supposed to be offended by this
when Pluto got downgraded many people I know got a heart attack from the tragedy of the news
every time I hear the thing my heart screams and jumps into my throat my eyes till with tears
I mean. You need to treat the Deathadder V3 like going from a Dualshock 4 to a DualSense tbh.
