You will need Strike Anywhere Matches, some Dryer Lint and some Candle Wax.
You must wrap the matches in the dryer lint and then apply a thick layer of wax around the entire stick for this to work correctly.
Now make a few and store them away for a rainy day, you never know when you might them.

Slide the fire-starter (the match) in a 1.5 inch pice of a plastic straw, then seal the ends of the straw with a heated butter knife. This will keep the wax from melting on a hot day and giving you a huge clump of fire-starters. (In case of emergency chew on the end of the straw and it will open up…. well as long as you don't spit all over it) lol
